EPC Bright Ltd (formerly JackRey Services Ltd ) has been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for since 2013, across the Commercial, Domestic and New Build sectors. Our clients include Housing Associations, Charities, Portfolio Landlords, Lettings and Estate Agents, Builder/Developers, Installers of energy saving measures including air/ground source, bio-mass and solar thermal/PV and thousands of private individuals. Our team prides itself on producing accurate assessments and ensuring that our customers and clients are kept informed throughout the process, we accept the the final certificates produced can be confusing and that the results may not be what is expected, to this end we are always ready and willing to explain the results. Since 2015 we have been helping landlords ensure compliance with and future proofing properties in line with the current and proposed Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for rental properties. Our understanding of the parameters under which an EPC is produced help us to identify inventive ways of improving the EPC rating. We are also well placed to gain MEES exemptions for properties. We also use a similar process for impartial viability studies prior to the installation of renewable technologies. Our additional services also include Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic water systems, and professional floor plans.
