This store promotes products on Instagram and online with serious product misrepresentation and deceptive merchant practices. I bought a sweater from advertising on Instagram and the merchant’s website showing a price of $324.95 marked down to $64.95 with this description and a photo of the sweater.
The Lotte sweater brings color and cheer to winter with a charming Christmas tree full of colorful ornaments. The striped sleeves in yellow, pink, and green add a playful touch, while the high collar provides extra warmth. Made from a soft, knitted wool blend that feels comfortable and snug.
The item I received was a cheap, synthetic top (not one ounce of wool) and materially different from what was advertised and did not match the description or images used in the promotion.
When I contacted the merchant to return the item, I was told it must be shipped back to China to receive a refund. The international return cost exceeds the purchase price, making a return unreasonable. They market a full refund within 30 days.
Their customer service sucks.
