It was very easy to order my gates from Jacksons, even though I required some customisation. Sam Williams provided some excellent advice and guidance and as a result I was able to adjust my order accordingly during the conversation. Because of our location, we also discussed delivery requirements. A quote for the gates was provided very quickly and the order confirmed with an estimated delivery date. The gates were ready on the date provided and they arrived precisely on the delivery slot advised. For transit, the gates were very well packaged and proved to be of excellent quality. The service provided by Jacksons was second to none - brilliant !

First Class Service!
To be very straight, they quoted me a lead time of I believe 2 - 3 weeks to turn my order around but when I confirmed I had a genuine security issue that had been presented without warning/notice, they couldn't have been more helpful and turned my order around in days, that what I call service!!
In addition, the quality of their product was second to none and they included everything I needed for my installer to complete the job without any additional requirements.
