Purchased a lens hood on ebay. Very efficient service and prompt dispatch.

Item ordered on 31 July 2024 and arrived on 3 August 2024. Item was New and manufacturer sealed. Seller packaged the item very well and it arrived in excellent condition.

The only downside (nothing to do with the seller or item) is with the tracking detail's. It isn't really tracking at all, as Royal Mail only give updates when the item has been attempted to be delivered or actually delivered.

It’s not often these days that you come across a company that needs praising. My item was lost in the post and the fault was a 100% due to the Royal Mail. Jamie, dealt with the whole problem from start to finish and the customer service was second to none. I have used them for years and will continue. A definite 5 star company.

I bought a hotshoe adaptor off him and it turned out to be rubbish. All the other stuff I've had off him were good, which makes me think he was trying to build trust to eventually scam me.
All he is interested in is me returning his rubbish only to probably push it onto other people.
Don't trust this scammer as he is being reported to Trading Standards on Monday.

just received my hoodman kit. tried it on my iPad and fantastic!!, could have saved a fortune on dji goggles, recently bought. the biggest problem when outside, even on dull days is the reflective glare on the screen, when the sun is out, it's virtually impossible to see. yes there is a slight bit of light where the hood meets the iPad, but that is nothing! can't wait to go flying, great packaging, and delivery, other eBay sellers could learn a lot from you people.
