This store (and it’s many associate stores with different names) are all a scam. Ordered shoes, got 3 random pair of shoes in random sizes (none of which are even close to the style or size I ordered). Got the same story as everyone else- too expensive to return, please accept our 10% refund. After arguing with them for weeks, finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. They refunded the money and labeled the company as a scam in their system.

Ordered two pairs of black watch tartan slippers early April and 7 weeks later I got two pairs of the ugliest sneakers I have ever seen! It’s like they came from another planet. It reminds me to buy from trusted sources and NEVER from something on FaceBook that I have never heard of. A moment of weakness cost me $100.

I had the same experience as all the other reviews. Ordered a pair of loafers and got an inferior cheap sneaker and wanted a refund, there only offering 10% which is like $4.50 and I keep the other pair. Big scam stay away!

I received 2 pairs of shoes today and none match my order and the ones they have sent are in terrible condition. Stay clear

I ordered a classy looking pair of navy tassel loafers, cost £40.00 plus £8.00 shipping. I knew when I received the parcel that they were of inferior quality because it was as light as a feather, normally quality shoes weigh about 1.5 kg. These weighed 0.4 kg. I received a green Tartan pair that look like woman's slippers and that smelt very strongly of glue, they look to be valued at about £5.00 and then you'd expect some change. There is no quality that I could identify, the sole is about 2m thick, the heel is 10 m thick, If I ever wear them, which I wont, I would expect them to last about 10 minutes before the sole or heel fall apart. Don't be fooled by the glossy photos on their website.

I placed an order for a pair of shoes on April 19, 2021.
The payment cleared through PayPal the next day.
I have not received any e-mail as to when they will be shipped or any acknowledgement of the order from the company other than a receipt from Paypal.
Today, May2, 2021, I sent a third e-mail asking for a status on the order to the company and haven't received any response.
Update. Received the wrong style of shoes on May 10. E-mailed the company of that fact and heard back several hours later asking for a picture of the shoes I received whick I did. Have not heard anything back since then as of May 16.
