In der Bestellung berechnet JAGIDO die…

In der Bestellung berechnet JAGIDO die Mehrwertsteuer falsch. Ihre Beobachtung der veralteten 16% Mehrwertsteuer-Berechnung ist der entscheidende Beweis dafür, dass ELEMBO/Jagido höchstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr aktiv und ordnungsgemäß geschäftstätig ist. Obwohl die Website technisch funktioniert und das Unternehmen formal noch im Handelsregister eingetragen ist, deutet die seit fast fünf Jahren nicht aktualisierte Steuer-Konfiguration darauf hin, dass keine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsführung mehr stattfindet.

Das Unternehmen existiert also formal noch, ist aber mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit praktisch nicht mehr aktiv.

Keine Ware, aber Geld abgebucht.

Am 29.05.2025 habe ich bei Jagido eine Jacke bestellt, die laut Webseite in einigen Werktagen geliefert werden sollte.
Am gleichen Tag wurde der Zahlbetrag abgebucht.
Am 12.06.2025 habe ich dann per E-Mail nachgefragt, wann die Lieferung erfolgt.
Geantwortet wurde, dass die Jacke nicht lagernd war und nachgeordert werden musste.
Dann wieder Schweigen.
Am 07.07.2025 habe ich wiederum nachgefragt und es wurde geantwortet, dass entweder morgen (08.07.2025) geliefert wird, oder das Geld zurücküberwiesen.
Heute, am 19.07.2025 ist weder Ware noch Geld da und ich habe nun eine letzte Frist zur Rückzahlung benannt, danach geht die Sache zum Anwalt.
Einmal und nie wieder Jagido!
