Had an amazing experience with these guys for an emergency moving service
The movers were super helpful and took alot of stress out of our house move, they were very professional and polite will definitely use them again.

I really did want to take this route but I've tried emailing and calling with my complaint and not had any response in nearly 2 weeks.
There are a few concerns that need addressing as I feel we paid a going rate for this removals service but did not get the quality and professionalism to match the price and have been left feeling very frustrated by this and would not recommend your company to others in the future.

We have never used a removals company before so wasn't aware of how timings of the day etc worked. Again something out of control was the time of collecting our keys. We were not given a definite time as this is only confirmed on the day when the banks release the chains monies but we were advised by our solictors it would be approximately 2pm. We were then informed a day before that a late fee would be charged per hour if we were not at the property by this time. I had asked how much this would be but were politely informed that it shouldn't be a problem so there was no need to worry. With that we did everything our end to ensure a smooth move was able to take place. Unfortunately by 2.10pm the vans were loaded and the keys for our new property were not ready. I then recieved a call stating we would now be charged £120 an hour for late fees which again was completely out of our control and we were not informed of any pricing and even on my terms and conditions on my booking email there is no mention of late fees. I was extremely upset by this as I feel we had no choice in the matter and this was not clearly explained at any point. At 3.20pm our keys were ready to collect so we drove to the property which is a 18 minute drive, this was then added into our late time.
I felt very pressured with the late fees that were asked of us on the day and removals would not start unloading until payment was made. None of this stated or advised in the email terms and conditions or prior to the day of the move.

We had been very organised and labelled boxes for the corresponding rooms and as I appreciate the previous owners still had some of their belongings in the house we had kindly asked if any boxes labelled bedroom or loft could go upstairs and the rest downstairs as we had rightfully paid for this service but this was not adhered to and boxes were just being thrown into any room. This then ment my husband was trying to help unload the van in order to make sure things went where we would like them.

David and George were very helpful and friendly in assiting with the move and we feel that they worked well as a team sadly I felt Frank was rude and was grunting constanlty  and seemed more concerned of his private job he had to do after ours so was rushing and throwing boxes which were clearly labelled fragile.(I felt this was unprofessional again).
There was also a child present who was carrying goods which included expensive tools, mirrors, heavy boxes etc) which did not reflect well for a professional company.

I did everything I could to keep you updated via phone calls and once again appreciated  we had to move our date late minute and we were able to accommodate this but overall I feel very disappointed with the whole moving experience you provided especially for the price we paid.

I would like to say Ellen had been great at communicating with from the moment I enquiried with the service. Throughout the booking she has been contactable and very understanding of the situation which was unfortunately out of my control and down to the solictors but everytime I contacted Ellen she was reasonable. Ellen stayed professional and helpful but I feel that she may have had some pressure from higher management.

Wouldn't touch them again with a bargepole. Absolutely terrible company. The two removal guys were excellent and very efficient but the firm itself is frightful. They quoted me a low price, then charged me £70 waiting time while the keys were released (20 minutes.) Worst of all, the guys weren't allowed to start unloading until I had settled the bill in full by transferring the money on my phone. It was like being held to ransom. Shocking treatment. Clearly they always operate this way. Ellen just sat in silence on the other end of the phone while I got more and more flustered under the pressure. Never, ever again. My advice is to steer well clear of them.

This lovey, friendly removals company jumped in at the very last minute after my previously booked removals cancelled on me abruptly. Imagine the stress, cancelled at 4pm the night before the move! Jaizek were only my second phone call and they put me at ease instantly. Everything was made so easy and all booked in with upmost efficiency. Transparent pricing and very fair. Felt like an army turned up in the morning, 7 movers all ready for the big day. Efficient, friendly, effective. Thank you Jaizek removals. Would highly recommend.

Your company is so effective and efficient in handling requests. They were very prompt and professional.

This awful firm seem genuine at first and give quotes way below average only to get within a week of moving and suddenly the price doubled!! Avoid these fools at all costs. Now I’m battling to get my deposit back that I paid months in advance to secure the phoney price!!! UPDATE: I got my deposit back and a sorry but that still doesn’t make up for being messed around on price at the last minute. Get ur quotes correct early on to avoid the same mistakes

I used Jaizek removals and it was top draw.
I had no problems it was professional and done on time without any issues
And very well priced and I would use again.

Jaizek Removals are complete cowboys. We used them to move house in June 2021 from a 3 bed semi detached property to our new home, a pre-agreed inventory of items to be moved was detailed well before the moving date and this was double and triple checked beforehand by both Jaizek and ourselves, we were told a ‘suitable vehicle and manpower would be provided for the removals’, a price was agreed which was over £1,200 so not cheap by any means.

On moving day two men (who were actually sub contracted on a measly day rate by Jaizek and not their full time employees) arrived late and we’ll after the agreed moving slot, we had already completed the house sale by this point and there was a huge time pressure to move our goods out of the property. The van they arrived in was far too small and clearly not suitable to move a 3 bedroom house, not even 50% of our itemised possessions were able to fit in the van Jaizek had sent. The company then called me whilst my possessions were strewn across the kerbside to state “The van is too small, it will take numerous trips which will be another £500, we have you over a barrel so you have to pay us really”. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, my pregnant wife was left in tears attempting to negotiate with this hugely unprofessional firm. I had to personally rent two further vehicles out of my own pocket and move the remaining 50% of my possessions myself over the next few hours, this was work I had paid Jaizek to do. Some of the items that were moved by Jaizek were damaged in transit also.

I have reached out to Jaizek twice since completing the move to discuss the above issues and have been met by complete silence. I will be taking legal action accordingly and am simply writing this review to warn others from using Jaizek Removals in the future.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this company have failed to respond to my complaint to them and so resorting to this. They turned up 3 hours late with 1 small transit van to move me from a 4 bedroom house. Some large items wouldn’t fit and were just left at my old house, costing me money to subsequently have them moved. A response to my complaint would be appreciated

***Edit - Jaizek recently responded to my review apologising and saying that they would be in touch to discuss the matter further but I have yet to hear from them ***

These people are liars. And the most unprofessional company i have ever had the misfortune to come across. They turned up 2 hours late. It took them 12 hours to remove the furniture. Only to hold it hostage until we paid another £980 for them to return it.... when they eventually turned up they refused to reassemble the furniture as agreed. A lot of our goods were returned damaged.

Absolute joke of a company turned up late was completely disorganised. The staff looked high as a kite they left boxes at the property and the lady Caroline is ever so rude and stuck up she also tried to add on charges. Also heard staff ain't been paid on time and some not at all so not surprised they don't want to make the effort would not recommended at all.

I needed a sofa moved from one floor to another. It was easily arranged through Jaizek removals. They were helpful with timings. It was a reasonable price.
The work was carried out efficiently and although it was more difficult than I thought, both men sorted it out helpfully and quickly.

Very pleased. Would use them again.

The staff members were quite professional in their work. In short i hardly recommend people but i am giving 5 start cos they deserve even more.
Jaizel removals were patient cos it took me a while to make up my mind . But they are good dealing with customers.

Super professional yet sensitive to what comes with the event of moving....prompt and really skilled and swift..

Jaizek were absolutely brilliant. From our first enquiries on their automated website, which even when I returned with regular questions, changing moving dates, etc, were always welcome and friendly. On move day the chaps were quick and efficient, and good at problem solving with technical difficulties. Would highly recommend and ask everyone I know to use their services

Hi David and his team helped us complete a complex move from our Community space on a very busy main road to a local shopping center which was a great success and completed very smoothly. Prompt, great knowledge of the A to Z procedure of secure packaging and removal.

My husband I both nearly 80 recently moved from a 4 bedroomed house to a small bungalow and used David and his Team at Jaizek Removals for the third time. What a wonderful group of young men so courteous understanding and kind, not permitting us to do anything. They carefully packed all our treasured possessions from many years of marriage. At all times David and his Team carried out the removal far and above the usual service expected. The price was very reasonable as well considering they worked constantly for almost 8 hours, never scratching or breaking anything, and packing everything so carefully.

We have always been happy with the first class Service we get from David and his Team and always fairly priced when taking into account other Companies' prices we have sort. I do not think my husband and I will move again given our age but would happily recommend David and his Team for their kindness and understanding especially when dealing with us Senior Citzens. Well done David and all your a Team another move well done our eternal thanks for a stress free move.
