Delayed delivery
Ordered some shipping boxes for an urgent delivery we needed to make, but received an email shortly after that the delivery was delayed by more than 1 week. Nice that they let us know, but would be good to see availability before buying.

BUT your choice of delivery company was bad, I stayed in all day and they sent a message to say they couldn't deliver because of the road, they had taken a photo of someone else's drive on a completely different road and just delivered to the local spar!
