Recently repaired my laptop! Fantastic customer service, thanks to the team for getting it done so quickly 🙏

Having had issues with my laptop I took it to jam crackers, it was running so slow all sorts appearing on the screen. The team had the laptop only a few days and it came back running perfectly better than it had done when it was new. Awesome team nothing is ever too much trouble.

Will definitely use again in future if ever needed.

I had issues with my work computer during lockdown, the team went above and beyond to fix all the issues even finding some I knew nothing about. Helpful reliable and infomative.

Brilliant, was looking at buying a new laptop as mine was as i thought dead, these guys basically rebuilt it, runs like new, cheers guys, keep up the good work.

Really helpful staff who know their stuff, any IT issues this is the only place I will go. I highly recommend these guys.

Took my daughters laptop to jam crackers as it seemed to die of a horrible death, nothing would open all programmes stopped. The team at jam crackers done all they could to restore and kept myself and my daughter in the picture every step of the way. Excellent service lovely people too that's a lovely touch in these times.

We had problems with out laptop and Googled to try and find a company that could help.
Jamcrackers popped up on the search and what luck it was.... they were local to us too, although they don't just do local to Bedfordshire. Anyway, cutting a long story short, they were very helpful, did a diagnostic but unfortunately our laptop was beyond repair without throwing money at it which could have been better spent on getting a brand new one. They were honest and helpful enough in their advice and downloaded all our trapped data on it to an external hard drive we had at no extra cost than the very, very (yes we said it twice!) reasonable price we paid for the full diagnostic. These guys know their stuff, were an absolute gem to deal with and the service was brilliant. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again if and when any IT stuff arises. (Jan F and Steve K)
