Lovely jewellery with excellent Customer service

Popped in today just by chance. What fantastic experience. Glass of bubbles served whilst chatting about an item of jewellery my friend liked. Little did we know a design could be made to order. Also chatted about how the jeweller had grown post COVID having worried about how it would survive during those dark months. Jamieson and Carry is a family business and I know I will be back to purchase something for my big birthday. Customer Service is 10/10.

Wonderful visit to TAG Heuer boutique Aberdeen

I enjoyed a wonderful visit to Jamieson & Carry TAG Heuer outlet in Aberdeen yesterday. The staff provided excellent and well-informed service . Leanne was very helpful, patient and accommodating, while my attempts to resist purchacing my wishlist watch dissolved, and I added another TAG Heuer timepiece to my collection. Very happy with it, and so thank you Jamieson & Carry :-)

Helpful Jewellers Providing Bespoke Jewellery.

We returned to ask Mike if we could have made a gold & diamond pendant with chain. We were able to discuss our complete requirements in an area of relaxation. Mike showed us different styles of diamond pendants we could choose to have made from. We picked up the diamond pendant on Valentines Day, it’s absolutely beautiful, and my wife loves it. Our thanks to Mike and to Sylvia who kindly helped us pick out the right chain for the pendant. We will be back soon.

The best service I’ve ever had from a…

The best service I’ve ever had from a Rolex AD.
Charlie was in no rush and took his time to explain the differences with all the watches I looked at. He had the knowledge to be able to explain each model and the differences between them and also where the cost difference were and why. He was passionate about watches and at no point did I ever feel under pressure to make a decision. But with his experience he was able to help me decide on the perfect watch for me.

Superb international service

Superb international service. Friendly and efficient communication; same-day FedEx shipping with a strong packaging. A serious AD from which I will happily buy again, and will warmly recommend to friends.
