Ordered, seemed great. Items Shipped fast and I got regular tracking updates for awhile. Order date Dec 27. I expected it would take awhile to canada right after holidays in winter. It moved along at an ok rate. Made it to border services after about 10 days. Stayed there a few days, 4-5. Then accepted into Canada... Next update going east instead of west. Went all the way to Nova Scotia and then tracking stopped. I emailed them and recieved a canned response - your item has been shipped please wait. A week later still nothing. Email again same response. A week later nothing. Emailed the owner through paypal. Said they would track it down. After a total of 6 weeks and no updates, I sent in a refund request from paypal. The owner still tried to insist its coming. Not likely, its March 13th and has never arrived. I got a full refund from paypal.

Very poor product, lamp was overpriced, cheap materials and is sent from China. Was offered 3USD refund, had to pursue through PayPal. Would avoid this company as their products do not match their prices.

Hand carved Owl,
Ordered a hand carved Owl, had my doubts about the quality and tried to cancel a few hours later, they wouldn't let me cancel, saying it was one of their best sellers and that I wouldn't be disappointed,
What turned up was nothing like the advertised owl, not carved at all, they initially offered me a $3 refund, which was increased to $10, they have now offered me a full refund, if I return the item, at my expense £13 and then only if they accept its their fault,
Please don't buy from this company,

Eventually I received the lamp wasn’t quite what I expected very flimsy not glass & wood like I thought but it did arrive & it works looks ok would be better in a tent or a smaller area

Terrible company! For some reason they sent 2 lamps when I ordered one, possibly because they are so awful! Pretty much made of cardboard and cellophane and absolutely nothing like the images shown.

I ordered an owl that was supposedly carved. When it did not arrive after 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order. I was told it was too late to cancel. After an additional 4 weeks it finally arrived and was NOTHING like advertised. Avoid this company.

Deliberately misleading description of an item as 'hand carved' owl; what arrived was a cheap resin product, completely different in quality to the images in the advertising. They are refusing to accept a return or offer a refund. Their 'customer service' department responses are deliberately obstructive, designed to get you nowhere.

Ordered something back in January and never received it. Getting the run around. Wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered. Just don’t do it.

Purchased a hand carved timber owl that was shown to be significantly larger. Reviced a small resin cast owl.

Do not trust. I've claimed back through my bank. They won't let you comment on their fbk sites so a friend did for me and they've blocked him . Haha scammin mo foes

I believe this company is not legit! Ordered and paid in December and still no sign of the goods and no help from the company whatsoever, looks like my money is lost! DO NOT buy anything from here!

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, but didn't have option for 0 stars. Finally got my product and it was damaged. it was cheap made of plastic and cellophane. I thought it was a colorful glass floor lamp. It's a piece of junk!

I have waited since November for my item and its still not arrived. Get fobbed off all the time! Disgraceful customer service

It doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. I ordered an item on 12/18/22 and I have yet to receive it…..2/2/23. I have emailed them and they said to wait patiently. I have demanded a refund and they continue to ignore me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!!!’ I just now have to accept that I am out the money!!!!!

Don’t order from this company. Ordered some gifts before Christmas that still haven’t arrived and they keep fobbing you off with excuses. I’m now raising a dispute through my bank.
