I am really sorry but I am not enjoying the food, the soups and really nice cant eat nuts and some I found was sloppy

ALL the items expected have arived…

ALL the items expected have arived ...they arrived on the correct delivery day and were delivered by a very cheerful gentleman!!!10 out of 10 so far!!
Slightly alarmed by small portions....I knew they would be...now it's up to me to take advanrage of he educated calorie counting and do the best I can for myself. Day 1...off we go!!!

I love the massaman curry but the other…

I love the massaman curry but the other curries and the chilli really don't have much in the way of spice. Most people who order spicy foods want to taste at least some spice.

I enjoyed some of the flavours that…

I enjoyed some of the flavours that were sent to me in the box of food. Some of the currys were tasty, but the rice was a little sticky. The soups were fine. The snacks were alright. If a little less Black Pepper was put in, it might make the flavour taste better. Apart from that I can accept what you sent as I enjoy all the different tastes and flavours sent to me. Leslie Louis

Variable quality

The breakfasts and snacks are fine but I found the quality of the lunches and dinners patchy. Several, although listed as entirely different dishes, seemed to have been cooked from the same base products with just a few additional ingredients to make the final dish. Some tasted ok but the texture was terrible (rice like porridge, carrots like sponge, chicken dry and tough).

The customer service is fine. The problem is that you have to order a minimum of one month's worth of food without having tasted any of them. I know you can get a full refund within five days but there is a wide selection of dishes and I didn't realise how many them were basically the same by that point. It was around day 7 that groundhog day set in.

That's the gamble, you may be committing to spending £409 for something you really don't want.

That help is just a call to very friendly customer services .and lovely to receive your jane plan hamper of lovely food.

Kept in the loop and every month you can change what you eat it you want .no storing in fridge . Meals well packed and thought out .very tasty just add veg or fruit .you can't loose out to.loose weight from happy bunny

Poor

Ordered my injection pen Tuesday morning, took money straight away but still waiting for photos to be approved and pen prescribed. Have emailed twice and had no response. Had an email on Thursday saying I should receive by Sunday but still awaiting approval. May seem trivial but every other company I have used have had next day delivery without fail. Considering this is medication it seems like they are quick to take your money but won't keep you updated. Will not be using again, extremely disappointed as I had heard good things.

I have enjoyed most of my meals from…

I have enjoyed most of my meals from Jane Plan. Only a couple I'm not going to request next month. I've only lost 3 lb in the first two weeks but I'm not expecting to be Twiggy at my age.
The customer service has been faultless.

Disappointing overall

Efficient and well organised. Excellent website, support materials and delivery service. Vacuum packed meals mean long life, but unfortunately I found most of the meals very under-whelming, some inedible.

The food is very tasty and I enjoy it

The food is very tasty and I enjoy it. The discipline that having a program of meals makes it much easier to stick to. Best of all I have lost 4 pounds already. I started JP because I thought my excess weight was exacerbating my ill health. I am going to persevere and try to get back to the weight I was 20 years ago. Thanks to everyone at Jane Plan.

Only my first month

Only my first month. Delay with first delivery, however I think the issue was with the delivery company. Customer service super. So far so good for me. Enjoying the food and losing weight win win!
