Amazing clothes

Ive been shopping with janes boutique for over a year, her clothes are fabulous quality, prices are very good for the quality and how fashionable the clothes are for larger ladies! I've spend lots with jb and absolutely over the moon with everything I've ever brought. I've never ever had to send anything back luckily as I've loved every single product ive brought.Thank you Jane &Ian your amazing 💕

Most companies allow returns if the item isn’t too your like when it arrives, which happened me countless times. This was due to Jane herself guessing sizes because unlike other companies there is no sizing on the item. Jane just stretches it out to say it is a plus size which is extremely unprofessional. However if you return your item then Jane becomes quiet and Ian takes over and becomes the person in charge. They offer free shipping after the first buy but this is because they push your second order into the first order bag so that they don’t have to pay a second parcel shipping which is devious to the customer because this company does nothing to benefit the customer. I can understand why they are selling on TikTok as they wouldn’t spend the money on actually running a store, so maybe if they were genuine company they would behave like one 🙈🙈🙈also if no one is buying items they end the lives very quickly lol

You only have to look at the rest of our reviews to see how we act as a company. I'm going to address your points one by one.

1. Of course we allow returns, by law you have to accept items returned. We operate a fair return policy. When people send back 60% of orders then clearly our items aren't suitable for them so we have to block people to prevent them from ordering items that they will only send back.
2. Jane does not "guess" the sizes. Jane has been selling clothing for 30 years so she knows (as we all do) what sizes our items go up to. We sell free sized clothing and the first time Jane tries it on is on the live, that is when the size is determined. Some people however either aren't aware of their size or don't understand the free size concept.
3. Ian sorts through the returns and checks the buyers order & return history for up to 1 year and unfortunately has to make the difficult decision to block someone when their order return & cancellation rate goes above 60%. There are 2 reasons. The first one I have outlined above, the second one is that we have to pay for the returns at £4 per time + TikToks non refundable fee of 9% per order so we do this to keep our business running.
4. All shipping is controlled by TikTok. The amount set, how we have to pack orders, what orders have to be combined etc. We have no say in the packing process. We also do not see 1 pence from any postage. We only get paid from TikTok about a week after you receive your orders and any postage costs are deducted from the amount we receive. Saying we are deceiving the customer is firstly wrong and secondly a slander on our business and us personally.
5. We have actually run 2 shops which we had to close after covid as did many physical retailers. We started doing Facebook lives around 8 years ago, TikTok lives around 4 years ago and have had our website for 10 years so we are not new to online selling and we feel it is better for us as we can offer cheaper prices than having to pay £50,000 a year for a shop.
6. Saying we aren't a genuine company. Just look through our Trustpilot, Google, TikTok and Facebook reviews and you can judge for yourself if we are a genuine company. We wouldn't have been in business for 12 years if we wern't, We wouldn't also have 33,000 TikTok followers and around 180 viewers to our lives every single day as well as around 150-200 orders if we wern't. We have a great community of ladies on our live, many of which will watch and buy most days.
7. We end the lives early sometimes because if people aren't interacting or buying the items, then we have other things we can do like getting stock ready for the next day, uploading to the website, ordering new stock, replying to customers questions and reviews or any manor of things. Clearly you have never run a business or even understand the slightest thing about it

I think the strangest thing about this review is that at the time of writing this reply, I have just finished packing an order for Martina for 4 wrap tops purchased on TikTok which I think is extremely weird considering how much she clearly does not like our company, and yes they are in 1 bag. I think that these have only been ordered so a negative review can be left for us there as well. After a little bit of digging, I found Martina's other account and why she was blocked. There were 8 orders on that account and every single one was returned with a full refund so i'll leave you to make up your minds on this

We are really sorry that you don't like what we do. We cannot please everyone. We try our best but sometimes whatever you do will still not be enough. We will continue running our business the same way. Its extremely simple if you don't like a business, just move on to one you do like.
