Fantastic Company. They never let me down.

Placed an order via TikTok but through this company and then I go to track my item and it says the seller has told the courier not to pick the item up as it’s not longer needed. I’ve continuously been messaging them to try and get this sorted and they just ignore you. If you want to waste your time then yes purchase from these people. If not then don’t bother with this company.

I ordered cleaning materials from Janitorial direct and expected delivery within 6 days, so I was pleasantly surprised when delivery took place within 2 days. 10 out ten for that. I will definitely be using this company again for all my supplies

If I could give this zero stars I would
I ordered items for next day delivery. Didn’t happen. I emailed. But no response. You can’t phone as they don’t have a phone number. After 5 days I received an email saying my order had been processed and was on its way. 3 days later I received notification of a refund. No explanation.
Avoid is my recommendation

I find the other reviews suspicious - I waited 2 weeks for a delivery of 'in stock' items - no emails telling me stuff would be late - if some items are out of stock they should deliver what they have -won't use again

I have been searching for this excellent product and was delighted to find it on the Janitorial site. My 3 bottles arrived safely although perhaps the cardboard container could have been a little more robust for its long journey to North east Scotland!
I shall definitely return and recommend to my friends.
