Delivery did take longer than described. You shipped it very fast, but delivery can take much longer when it's to places a bit more remote. More precise wording would be appreciated.

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery, my jr pass didnt make it on time. It says it will be delivered next week to my home but next week Im already in Japan. Tried to contact people but take ages to answer the mail, chat and never attend the phone! 😡😡😡

The best I could have asked for

Absolutely awesome! I've used the Pocket WiFi for 24 days no-stop and it never failed me! I always had the best connection even in less populated areas. It's super easy to set and recharge, and I've used it on multiple devices at the same time. The power bank it comes with is super useful and allowed full connection for 14h (without it, the WiFi itself usually lasts around 8h).
Absolutely recommended! I'll surely rent it again if I'll come back to Japan. Thank you!

I placed the order very short notice

I placed the order very short notice. Meaning the night before. With a 48 hour turnaround time I was worried that the tickets would not come through. Before I even woke up the tickets were in my inbox and the train ride was a complete pleasure. The world needs more bullet trains, and more companies like Japan experience.

Train reservation

We booked train tickets with Japan Experience, for Shinkansen and regional train, and it was so easy. We received the tickets 1 month before the travel date and everything was explained in a little booklet

The device was spotty

I got a Wifi box. The service was easy and quick. The device, not so much.
It was spotty at times, and the battery died easily

The Pocket WiFi can be configured in various ways, and battery settings may not have been used effectively. If the Pocket WiFi is set to "high performance" mode, battery life will be shorter because connection speed is prioritized. Furthermore, charging the device while in use can cause it to overheat and automatically shut down for safety. As a result, the battery will never fully charge. Japan Experience의 멋진 숙소

Japan Experiences has been a source of great joy and peace of mind during my trip to Tokyo. I booked the same accommodation twice this year. I didn't even consider looking elsewhere. I fell in love with Komorebi's safety, warmth, comfort, and the friendly staff, Mr. Ben. Komorebi made every morning a pleasant experience for my friends and I. The room condition, the surroundings, the proximity to the station, and the location are all perfect for shopping. If I ever return to Tokyo, I will definitely contact Japan Experiences. SIM card worked everywhere

Delivery was made to my home in a short period of time. Installation and activation of SIM card was simple and straightforward. Although the SIM card was data only it worked everywhere I went. Will purchase again for my next trip.

Using the services for many years ☺️

I've been using the many services provided from Japan Experience and I've been very happy with it.
With using the railpass and mainly the pocket wifi, it's always been a seamless experience and made my trip more enjoyable and carefree. 😊👍

Whole Heartedly Recommend

I used Japan Experience for Train tickets I was impressed by Ease of purchase. Flexibility in cancellation / amendment was also fantastic as was speed of reply. Would use again for my next trip to Japan.

Tickets - shinkansen

instead of one set of return tickets traveling with Shinkansen form tokyo - kyoto , i revcived several different tickets witch made it necessary to call JP ex. to get confirmation of witch ticket actually was the valid ones.

Get the JR Rail Pass!

We purchased JR passes and used them almost everyday. The staff was helpful from start to finish- telling me which pass to purchase based on our travel plans and helping us navigate the train system. The ticket counter staff were friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling in Japan.

Great experience and product.

Great experience and product.

I took one star because my first pocket wifi didn't charge and they replaced it. Sadly the new one had no external battery and it was complicated when carrying it around for a day.

I was unable to use the eSIMS but I should have activated it locally before traveling.

Hello, no phonecall is required to activate the eSIM in Japan, you only need to follow the setup instructions we provided in the user guide. Your carrier should not need to be contacted at all. However please not that your phone MUST be unlocked in order to use our eSIM - this is clearly stated on our website. If your phone is locked, then you may need to contact your carrier for assistance unlocking it.
