Great service every time
Ordered from here quite a few times now and every time dispatch is quick and order is delivered within a few days. Prices aren’t massively inflated like the scalpers you see and you can get some niche products, not available anywhere else that ships from the UK

Don't waste money, find cheaper elsewhere
After buying product from them I found it elsewhere so much cheaper which is a shame as this place was touted to be a good place for retail cards etc.
Very disappointed about the mark up when everywhere else is blatantly doing retail if and when available.

I bought a gift from them for someone very important for their birthday, more than a week in advance, but it didn't arrive on time. They don't meet their delivery standards. They say they ship orders in two days, but mine wasn't shipped until the 5th, and then it took another 3 days for Royal Mail to deliver it. I contacted them via email because they don't have a phone number to call. They replied whenever they felt like it, and their responses were very rude and completely unimportant. Finally, my bank refunded my money, but they are shameless. I don't recommend buying from them.

Frequent customer, couldn't recommend more!
I've ordered 5 times from Japan2UK now. Consistently great prices, well protected items, huge selection for many TCGs - not just Pokemon - and really responsive customer service.
I've had an issue with my latest order where some contents were missing, and the customer support was more than helpful - they've resolved my problem within 24 hours from me sending the email and made sure I was happy with the solution.
Great site, will for sure be back!

Great products, never had any issues with the booster boxes that I've bought. Nothing has ever arrived damaged or late.
Fantastic customer service after sorting a mistake I made within the same day of making a ticket.

I have used Japan2UK for years for booster boxes, packs and single cards and I have never had any issues. Recently used their new service to sell some of my graded slabs directly to them. Incredibly efficient service, funds were in my account the same day that my parcel arrived with them. Faultless service.
