Maybe because I was really desperate to find a Japanese phone number to buy tickets for my idol's concert. I kept searching on Google and found this website. The website provides many types of numbers for various accounts that cannot be accessed by people outside of Japan. Even though the price offered for a number was quite expensive, I was determined to buy it. There's fear of losing money, but i surrender. And it turns out, the number given really matched the number used for registration. Now I finally have a PIA account even though I am not in Japan. The initial response took quite a while, but once the chat was answered, everything was accompanied quickly. Thank you very much
