Excellent online experience

Never thought I would ever buy plants online but the pandemic stepped in.
My plants were packaged day 1 after order. They were shipped day 2 after order. The parcel was in transit for 1100km and arrived day 7 after order (ie with courier for 5 days). The box arrived within the expected time and undamaged. Bamboo sticks had been added to the pots to create stability and distance between plants and the gaps were filled with foam chips. The root pot of each plant was sealed in clingfilm and all plants were still moist and healthy. Packaging and delivery was included in the online price.
Congratulations this was an excellent experience.
