Tabla repair at JAS
Superb repair service from JAS Musicals on my bass tabla which was badly dented and needed a new head. I left it with them on Friday and it was ready for me on the Monday! Really professional and courteous service. Strongly recommended!

I was recommended by a family member to Jas Musicals because of the customer service. He was right, the customer service is brilliant, they showed me a variety of tablas and sent me a Whats app about them. I chose one and it was sent promptly.
I was very impressed by the tabla that was sent to me, its the best one I own and it sounds excellent. Service was prompt and no hassles.
I would strongly recommend them.

Excellent service, fantastic product!
I recently went in to the Southall shop to buy a sitar, and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, it was an absolute pleasure....And the next day when I broke a string, the staff were happy to restring free of charge. I'm very impressed!

Great place to search or service your Harmonium !
Harjit did a wonderful job on retuning my harmonium. He was very helpful and answered the many questions I had. Jas musicals is a little treasure trove with many other specialist instrument. The are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Very pleased, will return there again.

There are very few specialists like Mr Harjit at JAS Musicals. Excellent advice and products. I was given a Daga stick, made by JAS Musicals and it gives me the best sound on my Dhol. The shape hits the drum perfectly and is so comfortable to hold. Can’t recommend them enough.

I am a very happy customer
I just ordered a Bansuri from this shop. It's from their own brand. I have to say, I am very satisfied with it. The Bansuri ist of excellent quality and that for a more than fair price.
Also the customer service was especially good. As I ordered a very large Bansuri, they extra called me on the phone, and asked if I have experience with Bansuri, as a large one is definitley not for beginners. I really like that honesty and kindness, it became very rare nowadays in most shops, as they just chase after the money. Not so with JAS Musicals, this shop is really amazing.

Bad communication and bad service
Bad communication and bad service. I ordered a tabla set on one day and on the second day I regret my decision and wanted to cancel the order and sent them an email that I wanted to cancel it but I didn't get any answers. I didn't even get a confirmation email when I bought the item that the order had been dispatched. Then I called them approximately 6 times and almost everytime they said that they would call me back which they didn't even do once (which by the way cost me a lot of money to call them), not to mention that they ridicule and laughed at me when I was trying to explain my situation to them. However, then the item was already on its way and I couldn't cancel it and I couldn't send it back either because then I would have to pay for customs duty to send it back which would cost me a fortune.

As you well know the dispute over this matter was more so as you did not wish to pay the customs fee when notified by the couriers. We did not receive any notification of cancellation and have still not yet received a forward of this email. After your request for a discount against company policy and disagreement to paying customs there was not much further we could do. As you have been made aware, agreement to terms and conditions means that customs is the responsibility of the customer. If the item is rejected or returned, return fees will apply.
Confirmation emails are an automated system - please check your inbox or junk folder as we have received notification that all has been received by you.
We will always take every effort to help a customer where possible, note this is understandably difficult when the customer wishes not to pay their countries import fees.
We understand you feel dissatisfied with our service but the requests made by yourself were beyond our control.
