The interface is so easy to use and the output/quality of the content is top-notch. It has really helped me speed up my copy creation and I still get to put my 'human shine' on it.

I had the same experience as many of the users here. I signed up for the 5 day trial and even set an alarm on my phone to remind me on day 4 to decide if I was going to keep it or not. There are absolutely impressive features, but I'm not in a place where I can justify the cost nor do I do that much writing so I canceled. I check my credit card statement 2 weeks later and THERE'S A $816 CHARGE. I contact support and she was not helpful and blew off the fact I WAS CHARGED FALSELY! When I called the credit card company to dispute it the agent said, "oh yeah, I heard about them".

I've been writing for work and pleasure for over 30 years. I've been using Jasper for a month and it has enhanced my writing and allowed me to draft story ideas I had for years. I was on a $29 a month plan. Went over credits one month, automatically upgraded to a $119 a month plan for all months after that - even though it is not used much at all most months.

I didn't notice until over a year later when they had charged me around $1,200. I run a business so there are a lot of charges coming in and out. This behavior falls into a category that I call "complexity fraud". I'm sure in the fine print somewhere they said there were going to do this, but its still basically stealing.

So far so good. Excellent application.

I GIVE THEM -0000000. THEY ARE PURE RUBBISH WHO DESERVE TO NOT EXIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF ANYONE IS WITH ME PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!!

If you say free, don't make me sign up to a made plan unless you outline exactly what is free and not.
