Purchased 3 pairs of the hunter twill Camo pants
They have all now fallen to bits after only a few washes. All have torn from the seams on the pockets.
Obviously cheap material made and brought inexpensively from overseas.
JJs has no consideration for its customers, or they wouldn’t sell such cheap poor-quality rubbish.
Shame on you :(

Purchased Eden Baggy jorts for my daughter. They tore at the seams after 1 month. I was advised this was not a faulty product and considered due to wear and tear. Will not be purchasing clothing from this company again.

I visited the Bendigo store on the 5/11/25 and was greeted straight away with a friendly smile and hello. They allowed me time to look around (which I really appreciated because there’s nothing worse than being pounced on as soon as you walk in the door). I wanted some jeans so I’m looking and then this young man asked me what I was looking for. I said a specific pair of jeans and then he proceeded to tell me what my options were based on the Levi’s I was wearing. Then he introduced himself to me as Peter and asked for my name. No one has ever asked for my name before. He showed me to the change room. He suggested other options and sale items which I was more than happy to see. From walking through the door to walking out with my purchases was exemplary customer service. Peter made it so personable so easily and I thank him for that.

Customer service is very good . Melanie always has a smile and willing to help her Customers .

Went around Palmerston North Mall…shocking customer service in most of the ladies fashion shops except for Jay Jays
The 2 girls serving on Monday afternoon were amazing…..good work ladies.

Huge range of clothes for women in a generous range of sizes. Sale items you can get in store aren't always discounted on their site unfortunately.

I really love jay jays cloths for casual wearing like their trackies and a hoodie I got always feels great on the skin last forever. Recently order online was afew days late called up they sent put another or as express saying the other seems to have got lost in transit and my cloths arrived within 2 days. Couldn't of asked for better service!

Been shopping there for many years due to the variety & quality of clothing plus the staff are well trained, courteous & helpful. Lots of different payment options for customers. Highly recommended.

Their clothes are terrible quality. I used to shop there a lot, but I haven’t for years now - its gone downhill.

I always find nice clothes, price is a bit high but I love the quality and always have friendly staff.

I love Jay Jays it's my favourite shop. I always find things I like in there. It's my go to shop for any clothes I need/want to purchase. They have a great range and I always find I can get something I feel comfortable in and that fits me well as I am a bigger build and quite tall. They have great deals and sales all the time.
