i ordered and i got (W2 Wireless Speaker with bluetooth Mini Multi Functional Portable Super Bass Subwoofers) which cost me RO:5.900
and u guyz gave me (FD1 Fashionable Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with Micro SD, Flash Drive - Blue) which cost RO:2.900 and th guy who took delivery told me that just call the office they will help u and im trying to call your team since morning.if u cant gave a good service then close your website.

and i cant even complain bcz the product i choose to buy has not got any warrenty. and the fun fact is i dont even got that product

Worst Product and More to it Worst Worst Worst customer service.
Few days back I already given my review about the customer service and shared my disappointment.
Today is the 12th day....I have been waiting for my refund. Every time I call them they are telling you will sure get by today. But that today never comes. Secondly you cannot reach them easily..just automated computer voice. Yesterday that guy assured me that the refund is with driver and he will reach within half an hour...I waited till 10 PM yesterday and driver did not come...then trying their 24X7 customer service number....then just computer voice...no response....I am really frustrated. Today again I got promise that I will get my refund before 7 PM.
If I am not getting my refund by today, I am going to lodge a police complain against them for cheating the customer.
In the last review Jazp.com replied me and asked the details....
