However, I found it challenging to find a wig on the market that was both attractive and affordable. Meanwhile, in the process of searching for a suitable wig for Jady, I received the unfortunate news of her passing from school teachers. From that moment, a seed was planted in my young heart—to design beautiful, natural, and affordable wigs myself, allowing every woman who felt her hairstyle was imperfect to have gorgeous and stylish hair. Ten years after graduating from college, drawing on my experience and knowledge, I became a wig designer. Three years later, utilizing initial funds, I established my own wig brand, JB Extension. The letters 'J' and 'B' in the brand name are the initials of Jady's name, symbolizing my fond remembrance of her. I hope the brand conveys the original intention behind its creation—to empower everyone to face life's challenges with courage, thanks to the confidence that comes with having beautiful hair. These people are scammers!!

These people are scammers!!! DO NOT buy from them. They have on their website SEAMLESS returns. They will NOT allow you to return whatsoever. If they DO respond to you, they just push you off over and over so you give up. Once they have your money, they could care less. I hope they get this so called business shut down

JB Extensions failed to collect return parcel

JB Extensions agreed to my return for items that did not suit me and one item which was poor quality. I paid for tracked shipping back to Italy. The parcel just came back to me in the UK with a reason given by the Italians that JB Extensions failed to collect the parcel. So now im about £100 out of pocket. Do not buy direct from them.

The wig is pretty but unfortunately I need to return it,it don't look like the one I picked out and its way too dark for me.Do I send it back to Jamaica NY or is their a different address I need to use.

Great wigs for the price

Great wigs for the price. I've been very happy with the 2 wigs I ordered. Shipping was normal, and the wigs are so pretty and soft. They are the real deal, so do not hesitate to get yourself a nice wig at a great price.

Disappointing

Initially was quite impressed by dispatch and delivery times, and was tracking my item every day, so was really disappointed when I opened my package to find I'd been sent the wrong wig.
I've emailed the company and tried using the web chat, so i can get a refund and return the incorrect item, but no one's available and i get get the chat bot to use any other language than Italian.

I think this is a scam company

I think this is a scam company, sorry to say. Just reading the responses I think this company is not legit. I ordered a wig, tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't. I had it sent General Delivery so that it would be at the post office but it hasn't shown up. When I wrote to them a man named Harry wrote back and said "Any time [it will show up] for you, honey." What business writes like this?? They didn't make too much money off of me but it tells me to do my homework next time. I say, prove me wrong, but in the meantime, BEWARE!! ANGRY IN FLORIDA.

Do not believe the paid influencers

Have not had a good experience with this company at all. Cold brown is MUCH lighter than what is represented online. I also ordered and paid for 2 wigs and only received one. Keep having to email over and over and no refund yet! I wanted to order more but I do not trust this company now!

Don't fall for all the influencers on tiktok they probably got a bunch of wigs for free and that's why they revving about this but horrible quality you can totally see it's a wig they messed up my order I ordered a front lace wig and I specifically asked them not to pre-cut it and they pre-cut it and when I sent them an email they said oh they just did it in the factory and that's why you got it like that we're sorry but they didn't offer any compensation or anything the hair is horrible quality it's very shiny baby powder is not helping dry shampoo is not helping it's shedding like crazy and it's not just an initial shed like they call it it has so much static electricity it's impossible to wear don't waste your money on it it just a regular synthetic wig you can buy for $5 on AliExpress it is very overpriced and not worth it

Refund is way too complex

Ordering was no problem. Wig was delivered sooner than expected. The wig didn’t match my head so I wanted to return. There the trouble began.
The website said: email or WhatsApp us. I send a text on whatsapp. Takes days to get a response. I text again. Then someone says: hi sweetie please write an email to [email address]. I find it not professionally to call a customer “sweetie”. I write my email. I have to show pictures of the wig before I can get the address to return to. When approved I get the address. Then they ask me to lie on the package to fool the customs. This is what they wrote: Attention:
When you return back, please put reason as Personal gift and value under 10 Euro, If not, the Custom will block the item and we can not have the wigs back.
we will refund you after we receive the return parcel.pls make sure the item will not be blocked in Custom.

I did not do that (and yes the package arrived at the warehouse).
They actually asked me to let them know when the package had arrived in their warehouse…??!! I don’t know if this is common anywhere else in the world but definitely not where I come from.

Ordered on the 2nd July and still waiting...

Ordered on the 2nd July, didn't have any progress by the 12th July so I messaged the company. Was told that one of the items was out of stock so they were waiting for it to come back into stock before sending my order out. Was then told on the 13th July they'd send out the items that were in stock and send the one that was out of stock when it was available. On the 21st July I got an email saying they had dispatched my item. it's now the 25th July and shipping takes 8-15 days. So probably by the 9th August i'll have my items... Too late for all the events I wanted to wear them for as I've recently lost 75% of my hair. Not impressed at all. I've been so down because of my hair loss and this hasn't helped at all. asked for a refund for my item that was out of stock and still waiting for that to come through.

Great company

The wigs I ordered were misdirected by the shipping company (fastway), and so it took a while to locate them. Sophia was so sweet and stayed on to them to find out where the package had gone. When they had no answer, she resent to me with a different company.
Customer service is amazing and wigs are incredible. Will definitely be back

DON’T order a wig from this company.
I am a cancer patient and ordered a wig in early December ready for
Christmas with the free 8 - 15 day free delivery and it’s never come! It’s been nearly 2 months

I first ordered the wig due to influencers and because of this I thought the company was legit.

It’s only after the first week and no delivery updates I started to research and realise this company was a scam.

I emailed numerous times and on each occasion received the same small unprofessional email back..

Your order will be 10 days.

Hopefully I have stopped you making the same mistake as myself.
