John has looked after us on a number of occasions over a period of more than 20 years, providing independent advice for Mortgages and Protection. When we needed a remortgage John got us the best deal that matched our needs at the time and then at a future date when our circumstances had changed, John arranged our mortgage for a house purchase. We are still in that house today and the lender he helped us find is still our lender today. Along with this, John arranged our mortgage and income protection needs. He always ensured we were well informed, understood everything and were comfortable with any recommendations made. He is also friendly, available and never pressured us to make a decision. All we had to do was be open and honest with John from the outset, ensuring he had accurate information about us and our circumstances so that he could do all of the above.

Poor overall service. Spoke to John. Went to this company as specialist in adverse credit. John advised not an issue. Left it with him. Chased after a week and go no response . Left it another week only to get an email stating unable to get a placement with lender. So clearly no a specialist in this field. unhappy I had to chase just to get a response. With no advice on how improve the situation.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Sadler at JB Mortgages. What a total joy it was. She searched the market for a selection of what might suit me for a mortgage, I changed the parameters a few times and she always came back with what would be best. She explained all the differences, filled out all the forms and was always so happy and friendly on the phone and email. Totally took the 'stress' out of that side of the house buying process.
