We are sorry that you gave us a negative review. We are therefore happy to explain how we experienced it.
You placed the order with us via the webshop on Friday afternoon at 4 pm. You had a lot of questions and specific wishes regarding the composition and customization of the product (industrial PC). We answered your questions and told you that it takes a lot of time for our technicians to arrange it and that we couldn’t make the requirements you wanted. For example: you wanted us to remove the frame of the motherboard, because you then had to pay 30% less tax and import costs in India. We have indicated that we do not guarantee any damage to the motherboard. You then indicated yourself to cancel the order. We did that and you received the money back. In short, we think it's unfair that you post a negative review about this.

All items have been in a very good quality and received in very stable cardboard packaging.
Communication per telephone and mail was perferct, all in German language.
