We had a new battery fitted and Josh helped me with installing a battery charge indicator The team was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in their work. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and everything was explained in an honest and easy-to-understand way. Really poor quality paintwork and part of the damage had been missed so clearly had not been quality checked before sending the vehicle out of the workshop. Delayed getting the vehicle back by a week.
Customer support really poor, I still have not had an apology for this episode.
I had to go back as I found an issue 6 months later and was completely dismissed, not even interested in looking at the issue although was told all repairs were warrantied for 12 months.
Was recommended JC automotive by Swift motors. Had an unfortunate bump with a wall mounted air conditioning unit in my Q5! The whole experience was easy and friendly and the repair was excellent. All at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Many thanks.
