Johnny & Colby are first class! I've known Johnny for forever, so I already knew how honest and trustworthy he is, but in terms of how he approaches the installation and fitting of my alarm system and CCTV system, it couldn't be better installed, he takes his time to work out how it can be fitted as well as possible. He knew exactly what I wanted, which was a discreet but top notch system to ensure the I have the confidence in knowing I have done everything I can to ensure a safe environment for my family. Colby has been trained-up by Johnny to as high a standard, they are a formidable team. Thanks very much!

We used JC Installs to install a CCTV system across our two warehouses this year. John and his team were extremely professional and helpful. The installation was seamlessly carried out, ensuring there was minimal disruption to our buildings whilst the work was carried out. John thoroughly explained the system to us and trained us, and continues to be available for service calls when required. Our internet recently failed and John came back to reset and get the system back online. Would highly recommend, and we are planning to use JC Installs to expand our system in the future.

JC Installs team installed a large TV on a heavy 180 bracket and did an incredibly skilful and precise job in ensuring it was stable and secure. Recently used JC Installs Ltd to convert an apartment in Central London to a fully automated space. John installed Control 4 systems which now enables us to control the heating, blinds, tv, speakers, ceiling lights and lamps throughout the apartment.

John and the team at Jc Installs were able to convert the 20+ year old conventional heating system in to a smart system where we can now walk into a room and select a temperature and a timer on the 8 inch wall
mounted touch screens.

Lutron light modules were installed throughout the flat in the ceilings and added do existing Ikea lamps which means we can now make them dimmable and control them from the screens also. John also managed to integrate the SOMFY blackout blinds within the smart home system which has made our lives within the flat so much convenient.

All the wiring for the Lutron lighting and the new radiators and screens were done very discreet they left no mess, no holes in the walls etc redecoration was also done by them which was a great bonus as I didn't have to have another decorator in after them.

I thoroughly recommend John and his team for all things home security, smart home and more. I moved into a large, but older property and spent ALOT of time trying to find a supplier of new CCTV (15+ cameras) Burglar alarm (For both house and triple garage) Smart Lighting in the garden and a full Ubiquiti WIFI network all running off an easy to use mobile app.
John spent so much time working with me on my requirements, making suggestions and helping get the design to what I needed, he was patient throughout (I am a very particular person and want to know ALL the details, but John always helped with anything I needed)
His pre-sales approach was far superior and in depth compared to the other 3 companies that I was speaking too. It was this level of detail and time and attention that ultimately why I went with John. His care for the property and ensuring all cables were hidden and the installation was done properly is second to none, they were also very respectful that this is our family home and we were all living in the property whilst the work was being carried out. I will be using John for additional works in the house (smart building) and would have no hesitation in recommending him and the team to any of my friends/family.

I recently reached out to Johnny after seeing some of his work on Instagram and requested a security audit of my home. I was filled with confidence at the level of understanding Johnny had of all things security from CCTV to home alarms and much more!

Johnny and Colby upgraded my home alarm using the latest technology equipment which was complemented by a four camera Hikvision CCTV system (with the view of increasing cameras to eight soon).

The guys are a pleasure to deal with, great communication, clean & tidy and no hassle around the house. Would highly recommend to anyone. I will be using JC installs for many additional services in the future.

John went above and beyond with renewing backlighting on the tv and re poisoning bracket for my 65in Sony tv and hardwired the tv as well and tided all the cabling. Getting John back in for further

John provided bespoke advice and made us think differently about our house renovation and future family requirements. We had CCTV, intercom, alarm and network structured cabling for wired devices and wireless access points, which all integrates together. The attention to detail and friendly service was exceptional. John and his team were extremely helpful with deciding on the right equipment and locations of the new CCTV system. They were very polite, knowledgeable, tidy and prompt with timings. Couldn't fault them at all and would happily recommend them to anyone!

We started with a fairly general enquiry about a mini home cinema setup - John was patient, taking his time to fully understand the brief and then provided expert and personable advice to us on the layout and kit that would best suit our needs. Additionally, John and team replaced two security lights and provided a WiFi signal boosting solution.

The attention to detail and finish on all the works was outstanding. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for any job, whether that is home improvements or large scale av work.

What’s more, they are an incredibly friendly company to deal with. Dealing with John and his colleague Colby was a pleasure from start to finish and there were numerous instances of them going above and beyond expectations.
