I bought a brand new and unregistered Golf ETSi (150ps) which I took delivery of in August 2025. I got a superb deal which was even better than one from 'DTD'. The buying experience was superb (Kays Zafar) and with no sales pressure whatsoever. Product knowledge by Kays was also impressive. After only 2 weeks, the car unexpectedly developed a serious engine system fault (no fault of JCT600) and so I rejected the car under my Sale of Goods Act entitlement. Kays and the management could not have been more helpful and the car was taken back absent fuss and a brand new unregistered (like) model was with me within a couple of weeks. Indeed, they even included metallic paint FOC. All companies should be judged upon not when things go 'right', but as is always inevitable, when something goes 'wrong' as it will and no matter how good the product. THAT is the true mark of a great customer service and experience. JCT ameliorated the issue to my complete satisfaction and I will not hesitate to buy my next VW from Kays and the team at VW Sheffield branch. Many thanks once again. Gary Needham

I originally visited JCT600 Audi Sheffield and spoke with Matt Woodhouse, who was great and found a car at the Doncaster branch that matched exactly what I was looking for. He showed me one they had in the showroom of a similar spec so I could see what it would be like inside etc.
I work in Doncaster, so I called Audi Doncaster on the Monday morning and spoke with Francesca Horan-Gregory, who booked me in straight away. I went over at lunchtime, viewed the car, took it for a test drive, and decided to purchase the same day.
From that point on, Frankie was fantastic. She managed to get the car fully prepped and ready for collection by Thursday, kept everything clear and easy to follow, and even replied to my emails on her day off to make sure the handover stayed on track. On collection day she’d arranged a few little gifts because she knew how excited I was, talked me through all the features, and then called on the Friday to check everything was okay on the drive home.
On the call on Friday I mentioned to Frankie that the tyre pressure warning had come on, and we agreed to monitor it over the weekend as the car may not have been driven much in the showroom, so it might have just been the temperature causing the pressure to drop or something. By Sunday it was clear one tyre was losing pressure, so I called on Monday. The receptionist passed the issue to the service team, but I also emailed Frankie to keep her updated. Even though it was her day off, she asked Leanne Cliff to get in touch — and Leanne called within minutes. They arranged a replacement tyre for the one with the puncture, which was sorted quickly.
The only disappointment was the condition of another tyre. When the mechanic checked all four, he advised that one was already down to 3mm with visible deterioration and cracking in the rubber. Despite this, the service department wouldn’t replace it because it wasn’t yet below the legal limit, even though 3mm is generally the recommended point for changing and the wear was clearly visible. It’s not ideal to spend tens of thousands on a car and then immediately need to budget for a premium tyre. This isn’t a criticism of Frankie or Leanne — both have been brilliant — just a frustration with Audi’s policy.
Overall, the service from the Doncaster team has been excellent, and I’m genuinely delighted with my new car. I’d happily recommend them.

I was required to bring in my EV ASAP as the information and speedo were not working.
I was greeted on reception by Charlotte who with here managed Andrew Burke managed to resolve the issue extremely quickly and professionally.
I would like to thank them for their help and assistance which was immediate and allowed me to drive to my destination safely.
Thanks guys.

Slightly belatedly, I would like to thank Jacob Inkster at JCT York, for putting a very professional front on what was really a very ordinary car service recently. So ordinary that it entailed me having to return to the premises a week later for work that should have been undertaken on first visit to be completed. Jacob went out of his way on both visits to assist me , and acted in a very professional manner

I've had the pleasure of purchasing my fifth car from Audi Sheffield, and I was delighted with the excellent service, as always provided by Michael Johnson and the team. Last month they also made it possible for my sister and parents to purchase new cars. Thank you again!

Perfect Dealership, Until your money has been taken! Should you have an issue, they don't return your calls, and give you false information! I have all emails to prove and share if needed. Told one thing, then told another. So pushy to get the sale but don't respond when there is an issue. These guy's are letting the CUPRA brand down! I would NOT recommend these at all! There is no communication skills at the CUPRA site in Sheffiled at all! Also a note to the site and Company this review will NOT get removed either! Let down dot com.
Email sent 5/11/25 - Lets see what does or doesn't happen

Bought a BMW X3 at castleford approved used cars, they didn’t clear the finance after numerous calls with them telling us they had, another payment came out for our old car and they said it was all in the settlement deal, month later finance company is wanting our settlement and turns out they didn’t do it a month and a half later. They alsotook our car mats out which they are meant to still be replacing but no sign of them yet.

i purchased a car for my daughter from this company Audi Sheffield and on the face of it they seemed ok but not too friendly but at the end of the day your just buying a car. I got in to a dispute over what is classed as a full service history . under audi rules a car can go for 2 years between services and they still class it as full history . If they would tell you this before the purchased well then you have an informed choice and you can walk away but they don't tell you.
As soon as they get wind of you might want to send the car back the attitude change is undeliverable which goes from sales men to managers . I understand that places like this are only interested in sales targets and end of the month figures but they need to realise they are dealing with people who are spending there hard earned money.
My advise is to purchase from small family run car dealers who have a vested interest in what they are selling and usually genuinely care instead of a forensic soulless transaction . Once they have your money they couldn't give a monkeys .

Well I thought Mr D Turpin was dead until I visited Audi JCT600 in Doncaster service department £833 for rear disk and pads only done 23,000 and £666 for 2 tyres due to running over glass service guy could not look me in the eyes whilst telling me, why do these businesses think they can get away with it people will learn and take business to their local garage and they wonder why car sales are dropping one annoyed owner, but savvy.

Pretty terrible, wish I had never considered changing my Audi Q2 with them for a VW T-Roc. It’s a year old and I’m constantly back and forth with problems. Although the front of house staff are nice, the car is just one problem after another and waiting around in a showroom with broken doors, broken coffee machine and salesman trying to sell something else as a trade in, because they have already sold me an unreliable new car🤦🏼♀️

Bought a new VW Polo GTI from JCT600 VW Sheffield. Nabeel Manzoor handled the sale and placed the factory order for me. He was very knowledgable and cleary explained the process, he gave regular updates on every stage of the car build over the approx 4 months wait time. A very genuine and friendly person.
When the car was ready we arranged for me to collect the car, I was kindly collected from sheffield train station and taken to the delearship. Nabeel showed me through all of the car features and set everything up for me. The new car was spotlessly valeted and looked stunning on the day, fuel tank was filled which was a nice touch.
Nabeel and his manager thanked me for my business and I got to drive home in my lovely new car.
I want to personally thank Nabeel for my buying experience, one of the best I've had when buying a new car and I received excellent customer service. I will definitely be contacting him in a few years when I need a new one.
All the best,

Just bought a replacement Mercedes at the Doncaster branch.
The sale was handled by Jimmy Sharp, who was friendly and very helpful. Jimmy knew the products very well and conducted very convincing demoes.
The paperwork was all filled in by Jimmy, who knew the job thoroughly.

!!! AVOID !!!
I recently saw a BMW M3 CS listed for £50,000 at the Doncaster branch. I was informed the car had moved to the Wakefield branch and was advised to contact them if I was still interested. After speaking with a sales representative named Christian, I explained the part-exchange deal I had been offered at Doncaster. He said he would speak to management and get back to me.
I was then encouraged to travel to view the vehicle, which I did — a 2-hour journey. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find the car hadn't been prepped, had an MOT nearing expiry, and all four tyres showed severe cracking. When I raised my concerns, I was told, “It will pass an MOT so it doesn’t matter.” This response was quite alarming, especially given that the tyres were visibly unsafe and likely wouldn’t pass a proper inspection. The vehicle even has inspection check warning on the idrive.
Additionally, I was shocked to learn the price had increased by £2,000 — solely due to the car being moved to a different branch — even though the car had been unsold for over 3 months at the lower price and had no added prep or value. When I questioned this, Christian responded in a rude and dismissive manner. Communication throughout was poor; I had to chase up emails and felt like I was being treated as a nuisance for simply asking valid questions.
Selling a high-performance vehicle with clearly unsafe tyres and then attempting to justify a price increase with no justification is not only unprofessional, it raises serious safety concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others when dealing with this dealership — particularly when safety, pricing transparency, and customer service appear to be afterthoughts.

Everytime I write a review they get it taken down and deleted
I got an oil change from here they wouldn’t let me stay in the building when I got it done
They told me to go home
I came after the weekend to collect it they had damaged all my non ext with scratches and swirl marks for a car wash I didn’t ask for and also added 100 miles of mileage only my car. From the tracker I can see they drove it out of Bradford
I contacted the CEO John Tordoff who basically told me to get lost and sent me threatening messages
I have all images as proof
I brought a 3 year old KIA Niro car on 28/7/2025 from their Seat Dealership at Hillsborough and collected it on 7/08/2025. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The car was well presented. I asked at the time if there was any issues and was told everything was fine. The documentation was sent to me around 18/8/2025. There was a nasty surprise lurking, on the documentation it clearly showed a recall notice on it. I checked with KIA and the recall had not been dealt with by JCT600. As I live in Essex I had to find a local KIA Dealer to check the car ASAP, which was not easy. I wrote to the Manager 3 times for an explanation but have received no reply. Advice check documentation out before you buy a used car from them. Very disappointed with my experience.

I had a truly terrible experience with Porsche York Center and the JCT600 group. I purchased a 911 and within just one day discovered that one of the keys didn’t work. The car wouldn’t recognize it, which left me stuck inside the vehicle multiple times, with the alarm blaring, completely unable to get out. An unacceptable situation for a car of this price and supposed prestige.
What made everything worse was the lack of communication and accountability. They left me in the dark and showed zero proactivity. A Porsche dealership should be offering courtesy cars, clear updates, and proper service — none of which I received.
To add insult to injury, I was promised the Silverstone experience as part of my purchase, but after this whole ordeal I have no interest in it. What I want instead is the equivalent value, since Porsche York has completely destroyed the sense of excitement and trust in the brand.
Overall: careless, unprofessional, and totally unworthy of the Porsche name. If you are considering buying from Porsche York Center, think twice — once they’ve sold you the car, their customer service is non-existent.
