If I could give them a negative e number I would had my car a year. Driving g off lot after purchase, overheats and is towed back. Next 2 weeks later overheats.after fueling stalls out. Transmission slipping. They said ot was fine. Picked up car it was dead someone left the car running after working on it. Then out of buisness, shuffled to dayton, wanted me to pay 250 towbill. Pick up my car they charged me 200 for a betterythey drained, out of pure ignorance. Let's just say this. This will not be on my dime. Not this time

Kayla was super helpful , she made a seemingly impossible situation possible. We are from Covington, ky and were originally in Fairfield for Cincinnati Auto Credit. They promised us a car with no hassle over the phone but when we got there , there was very little inventory and they were extremely difficult. We went next door to J.D Byrider and left with a super nice car. They are very friendly and helpful and even filled up our new car with gas for us! I would recommend this to anyone- you will leave the lot with a smile on your face:)

Very easy to deal with got me a great car at a very affordable price and Kayla Baker is a great sales associate.

With no credit they got me in to a car I wanted and with the payments I want.

My van was towed in. I had to make a phone call a week later to find out if they knew what was wrong with it. After giving them the go-ahead I had to make three more phone calls leaving messages with no response whatsoever 3 weeks later I make two more phone calls and I'm on hold for a half an hour and nobody ever picks up they hang up on me and I literally had to go to them to get my vehicle back I will not recommend JD Byrider to anybody ever
