Prices are OK. Service need some work on.

We have been with them the last few years and have never had an issue with them until now. In the past we have paid off 1 car so far with them and currently working on another, we have a perfect record with them with payment history, issues beyond our control happened this week in regards to payment, we let them know a week before of our situation and even gave them confirmation in writing that we would have difficulty with payment and needed more time, they had no sympathy what so ever. I understand they have a business to run but at the same time they should be more supportive during times like this. We promise this will be our last contract with them.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They give upfront information without being rude or brushing you off. Emmanuel is awesome! He was even helpful in a none car buying dilemma that I was having. All in all, I am more than happy with my experience. Anxiety free car buying.
