I really appreciate J.D. Byrider for putting me in my brand new car and I will also say thank you to my mechanic Nate for being the best at what he do thank you so much thumbs up for me

Service was done and got my vehicle fixed when something was wrong

Having problems getting my car serviced. And the problems that I am having a covered by warranty I feel as though they are pushing me out after my 36,000 miles so they don't have to cover it. They tell you $10 oil changes but they do not perform them themselves. Scheduling is very hard here

Fast reliable work in the service department in Appleton

5th day off the lot and car broke down. Service has no hours for people who work weekdays. I regret buying a car here.

It was a great experience. They all went out of their way to get me in a vehicle.

Drove 2 hours to get the car I wanted, amazing friendly people through out the whole process, was not let down when seeing the car in person, great place to get a quality car!

Great loved Amy she such a joy to talk to and wonderful service in the service station...Nate and his staff of mechanics are amazing. Theyre really hard workers. I feel very satisfied when i know theyre here doing work on our car. And i really love i can go on wifi while i wait here and do my work while waiting.

Nate is very helpful and will get back to you at a fast as possible. Explains everything and gets the work done as fast as possible to get your vehicle back to you.

In my honest opinion I believe the cars are not looked at thoroughly before they are sold. But nate in service is patient and willing to work with you and correct everything going on with the vehicle. Very very cheap service prices and labor prices too. All in all pretty good.

Jamie, Perry, and Joel were all very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions I had and made everything very easy.
