Good expierence overall. Just took way longer than anticipated but was able to drive off with a vehicle so no complaints. German was my salesperson and did great job all the way up to the finance officer.

This was a great experience for me and a great credit building opportunity. All of the staff is very friendly honest and helpful. Edwin was my sales representative and he was so awesome great personality great sense of humor and a wonderful salesperson they all tried their best to get me the type of car that I want and I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied way to go JD byriders I'll be sure to send you guys customers and if anyone reading this is looking for a car you should definitely stop by JD byriders!!!!!!

Great service they took care of me and got me in my first choice of car. The car was clean and weekend ready. Mr. River and Miss. Rauda stayed after hours to get the deal done and insure I left in my new car on a Friday night. They worked hard to get the financing approved before closing and where just so kind and wonderful to me. I left knowing all payments information with no surprises as well as a full understanding of my car's maintenance warranty. Thanks again for making a normally stressful buying situation so easy and enjoyable. Also when I got there I had ALL required paper and down payment I was approved with no hassle nothing extra no hoops! Both Mr. German Rivera and Miss. Teresa Raunda stayed after hours until the deal was completely done and waved as I pulled of the lot never making me feel rushed or an issue because it was a Friday night before closing that I arrived.
