I would give negative if I could!!! I returned the car within 3 weeks, and even after returning the car AND putting a stop payment on my bank account, they CHANGED THE NAME OF THEIR ACCOUNT! My bank is now working on getting my money back, getting me a new debit card/checking account. Absolutely CROOKS!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This organization takes advantage of people with disabilities. Everyone should know what kind of an operation this is and use another dealership. I was financially assisting a family member who has several medical disabilities. The car is his lifeline. Byrider would not accept a check from me to pay for the repairs even though they use a check processing system so checks do not bounce. They said that it was because "the names on the check have to match the repair ticket." I very much doubt any check system cross-validates the name on a repair ticket with the name of the check. If I were to use a "business check" however, the names did not need to match. So, they would have had a guarantee that the check would clear from the check system but they would not take a personal check to pay for the repairs. I used a credit card and Byrider added a service fee onto the amount! How pathetic! Taking advantage of people with disabilities again!
Avoid this place if you can. They are part of the Russ Darrow group--so Darrow is guilty by association in my opinion. I was beginning to shop for a new vehicle for myself. I will not purchase anything from Darrow.

So when I bought my car from them the salesman asked me to leave him a review. I said I would but then he waited until I gave him a 5 star review before he continued with the sale. To be honest I would not send anyone their way. The car had issues right away and when I scheduled the appointment and went they found two issues but only addressed one. Made me make another appointment but let me drive away with a bad cv axel. The next appointment was too far out so we did it ourselves. Once the pandemic happened they were NOT helpful. No possibility of extending my payment date due to loss of employment because of covid. The communication is terrible as well. The Madison office relocated and not even an email to inform their customers. My payments were set up with a time to come out of my account and yet they still don’t comply with what was set up. All together, terrible.

I have no trust in them. They ran my credit without my knowledge and then tell me since I was just looking to come back when I am serious to buy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When I decide to walk into JD byrider to purchase a vehicle I didn’t expect to get an amazing car, an amazing group of staff, nor did I know anything about Samson & his service team and let’s just say they’re beyond fabulous as to what they can do and will go above and beyond for you. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a car. When other dealerships didn’t give me a chance they did :) my Honda FIT was an amazing choice, and I would recommend anyone to come into JD byrider & let Samson & his team plus the JD byrider salesman’s team help you drive today.

I think Samsung and his team for being able to get my vehicle in and get it done in the same day they are awesome and they try they best they only human and it does an awesome job thank you JD byriders for keeping me on the road I'm getting me in and having great deals as well Levi's are the best. Without Samsung I don't know how that place would run he's the best and I hope I'm pronouncing his name and spelling it right thank you so much Trish

Every time I come to this location the staff is friendly and helpful, especially in the service department. They listen to my needs and concerns and always go above and beyond expectations.

JD Byrider is a fast, effecient, reliable dealer who promises to do exactly what their policy states. Got me into a vehicle in no time. They went through step by step paper work with me allowing me to be comfortable every step of the way. Happy I stopped in.

I bought a car the first week of November and I have had to take it back 6 times for service. It is one thing after another. They don't provide loaners so every time I am without a car. I took it in to have the water pump changed and they said it would take a day. It took 6 days! And was told they were going to put the old one back on???!! Who does that?! Save yourself the headache if you want a reliable vehicle don't go there!
