This place is outrageous.

They use customers to refer which isn't so bad, except that the one who referred us led us to believe that he was EMPLOYED by JD Byrider and that we had been PREAPPROVED for any vehicle on the lot.

The approval process took over 5 hours. They left us sitting in the customer waiting area with no updates at all.

We were told we could get into any vehicle for $1000 down only to be told that NO we couldn't. Then the salesman said you have your choice of one of these 3 cars. Then suddenly it was, no you can only have this one.

The car either has a problem with the gas gauge or the intake manifold as you can't fill it past 1/2 way without the pump automatically shutting off repeatedly. My husband and I have both been splashed all over with gasoline due to this issue.

They tried to tell me my account was past due so i had to provide them proof that it wasn't.

They processed an extra payment at the wrong amount and still haven't refunded it even after multiple requests.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, unless you are like we were, so desperate we would tolerate anything.

I won't ever buy from them again, and if I can figure out a way, I'll dump this car back on them as soon as possible.

My experience here at JD Byrider was amazing they work with me and took there time making sure I understand my paperwork I would recommend anyone here thanks to my salesmen Luis
