I cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from JD Byrider in Richmond IN. From the first contact with the salesman to the financial team. It’s more than just a car dealership (which was my initial thought)! They actually want to HELP you build your credit and HELP you financially! If anyone is struggling to get a vehicle I would 1000% recommend JD Byrider!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ladd was very accomodating, especially seeing as how I came at closing. The selection of newer cars was small, but still decent. All my questions were answered in a professional manner.
