THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! THEY DISCRIMINATE! THEY SELL FAULTY VEHICLES! AND THEN SAY YPU AGREED TO STUFF BUT REFUSE TO PROVE IT! THEY ARE HORRIBLE LAZY PEOPLE! SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY!!

It’s all smiles n rainbows to sell you there lemons. But soon as you get the vehicle there service department is pitiful. I’m here today. No line no business and I’ve been here 3 hours for an oil change. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE but to jd Byryder in rolla mo. You will regret it They are just taking advantage of people with bad credit.

i don’t even know where to begin. I’ve had this car now for 8 months and have had nothing but problems with not only the car but the dealership and the warranty. 5 months ago when my daughter was literally being born I was told my car will be repossessed if I don’t make a payment in the next hour, as my daughter was being born, mind you I have made all payments on time. I was two hours late!!!. But wait there’s more!!! The day I got this car and test drove it my Rpm was at 5500 at only 45 mph steady. The salesman said there wasn’t any issues with it after some time they said they will replace the transmission. Now I am a safe and cautious driver I don’t hotrod my cars and I keep up with maintenance at almost OCD level, 2 weeks ago I got into my car to go to work and noticed a grinding sound and the car began jerking and bolting. Transmission went bad Again!! I live 2 hours away from this Scam lot in Rolla so it takes me having to take off work to take care of any issues. I dropped it off and wasn’t told anything or given any information about when it would be done or if it would be covered under warranty. A week later I called in and they said it was “finished” so I drove 2 hours down to Rolla as soon as I got in the car it sounded worse than when I brought it in. 5 miles down the road I parked and noticed oil was all over the road. And my brakes had mysteriously become extremely stiff. This place needs to be shut down. They seem to do “warranty work” with paper clips and gum. I deeply and truly feel as if this place needs to be investigated.
