IF YOU ENJOY HAVING A CAR SERVICED AND GETTING IT BACK WITH ISSUES, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! Took car for simple oil change, this car never dripped a drop of oil since purchased, That was prior to these guys touching it....took 2 hrs to change oil and now have lost almost 3 qts in a month and when called to have them look at and fix the problem THEY caused, was told I need and appointment, and by the way, the earliest appointment is 2 weeks out!!! I work 45 miles away and that is a ridiculous response! Appointment for them to fix their screw up??? on what planet did these guys get trained in customer support??? I now need to go to another garage (one with a competent service department) and pay yet again to have a problem that did not exist prior to JD Byrider. So, if you have time and money to waste, this is the perfect place for you!!! if you value your time, and your money and your car, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere....Zero star rating was not available

I came to the South Attleboro location and was greatest by Tony the sales representative who was happy to help me get into the SUV I wanted. I had an amazing experience with Tony and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have bad credit and little options for a dependable car. I came here to the South Attleboro store and Stan our sales person was helpful, friendly and courtesious. He walked us through everything and even had the few things that need to be fixed on the car we bought fixed. I would recommend this jd byrider location. Thank god for them. I have a decent car to drive. But im paying 4 times What the cars worth. Very expensive! I can barely afford the payments.

This is the worse place to buy a car from. they have the WORST service manager they "say" they fix ur car but NOTHING is better just worse!!! When u buy a car the car should be in good working condition and not have to bring it back to them 12 times in the first month u buy it for nothing to be fixed just keeps falling apart. This place sucks !!! I wouldn't EVER recommend someone to go her and buy here. Worst thing I did. Cant wait till be able to get a different car with a different company so I don't EVER have to deal with this company again!

they prey on desparate people and stole 100 dollars from me claiming it was for paperwork after i changed my mind no other dealer does that it all tricks
