I didn't really care to sell me a car other than the fact that they make commission force me out the door as soon as I found out my loan was not going to go through didn't really seem to care at all went down the street got a better deal

John in the service department at the Central Ave location in Toledo Ohio is outstanding always great customer service very friendly and helpful I will always bring my vehicle to him I trust him only with my vehicle JD Byrider is very lucky to have an outstanding service manager

Jim is the best! My wife and I would both highly recommend using JD Byrider. Quality cars, great staff, and easy to afford payments. Not to mention service and warranty. I don’t think I’d buy a car anywhere else again. Definitely worth looking into if you’re searching for a vehicle. We love our GMC Acadia.

So far my experience with jd byrider has been a positive one. Just got my first oil change and the maintenance dept. Was courteous and professional. My car has ran with no troubles so far, but if I had one I'm sure it would be handled quickly and professionally.

I have never had a problem with my service. Everyone has always been friendly and my service has been great. My car is awesome. Haven't had problems aside of needing breaks and a, regular checkup. Had my car 3years.

They were very good to go through, they made sure they did everything they could to try to get you into the car you wanted. Very friendly people, they make you feel welcomed and hopeful. They just made my whole car experience great. Had minor issues with the service center, but not enough to make me not Love this place.

First time in for something other than oil change found the problem let me know what it was they got it fixed test drove to make sure there was nothing else friendly and efficient couldn't ask for more

Got me in on one days notice even though all appointments were booked. Was able to complete the needed repair quickly and didn't charge me for labor since they had to squeeze me in. Have had service completed here several times and it's always the same. Courteous and quick from the initial phone call until pickup.

I will definitely refer my friends and family to JD Byrider. From the start, the entire process was a great experience. My wife and I had visited other “Buy Here Pay Here” car lots. Often times it was a work trailer on a cramped car lot. JD Byrider has a professional atmosphere, clean, and welcoming. All of the cars we looked at were extremely clean, almost looked as though they just came from the factory. This was not the case at other used car lots. We worked with Jim primarily at the Toledo, Ohio location on Central Ave. Jim was helpful, understanding, and accommodating to our schedule. The location closed at 6pm on Friday. We were walked out to our car and handed our keys at 8pm. Jim and Nick stayed 2 hours past closing to take care of my family and I. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car. Thank You Jim, Nick, and JD Byrider! We love our GMC Acadia.
