I understand waiting a few weeks for one item that was on back order, but when I rang up twice for a status on my delivery, I was told someone would get back to me.
Nothing both times > I had to ring back myself.
Customer service & Communication could be improved.
The service in store was great
The service in store was great. The staff were knowledgable, had a no pressure approach and were friendly and engaging. Michelle had a new staff member with her and was great including her in the sale and ordering process. Some of the stock had to be ordered and the pick up and delivery was efficient, well communicated and easy. Would definitely use JD Lighting again in the future.

Wrong product sent initially correct one now received. Have suggested that the picking ticket be altered and the description added in the product column, which is at present blank. Product arrived in NZ in three working days!

Diginet Load Bypass & Correction Device for LED lights…
The "Diginet Load Bypass & Correction Device" seemed like it would overcome flickering with some LED lights running on a dimmer and the price was pretty good. It works well, as hoped for. Only issue was that they were out of stock so there was a delay with delivery, but only a couple of weeks.
Good product and does what it's claimed to do.
Disappointed
Unfortunately the part ordered was unavailable at the time of ordering (not disclosed) then took several weeks to be dispatched and is now lost in the post.
Unfortunate.

For something that was only supposed to take 2 weeks for delivery took over 4 weeks before I asked for my money back as it was going to take even longer. There was no communication from JD I was the one who had to ask for updates.
Overall not happy with the service.
