Cancelled order, no communication, hard to get refund.
Ordered shoes in-store, with estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. Recieved no email confirmation nor updates. Went back to store several times to see if there was a status but staff was unable to help or track the order and said I would only know once they arrived. At 3.5 weeks, emails customer service and after several hours I was notified the order had been cancelled. No automatic notification or refund received. I have to go back in store to get the refund on my credit card. I will not order again from them. Communication was terrible and non-existent.

No compensation for lost order
Been waiting for the order since 24th of march and today when asking about it I got a reply that it had been lost and not compensation (other than money back) or apologies. Bad service! And this is not the first time that I have not gotten the order.
