I will never use this spamming company ever again due to their use of your private information which they sell to 3rd Parties. I received a useless catalogue from Jean Patrique which included 8 other leaflets from other companies trying to sell me products. As for their Whatever Pan it is totally trash as the coating is coming off after just 3 uses.Avoid this spamming company like the plague!

Really unhappy with the response from customer service and the quality of the knives!
The first order of knives and the Perspex holder arrived , the Perspex holder was opened and had clearly been used. A replacement was sent.
Two months of using the knives and one blade snapped, I was advised they had no more in so a different one could be sent! I said no because it would show up in the Perspex holder.
Today the response was I’ve had two set of knives ? No it’s the Perspex holder. The goods are faulty and I would expect a better quality from Jean patrique. I feel in my case I’m being treated unfairly and discriminated against.
I would not recommend Jean patrique and will not use them in the future.

I received the 3 skillet set for my birthday. The box clearly states as does the description in your catalog of products that the skillets can be used on all stoves including ceramic. However, that is not the case with mine. I am trying to get them replaced or a refund made. Terribly disappointed that I cannot use them. Why do you advertise they are compatible with ceramic cooktops if they are not? Very frustrated. I don’t want to go back to the one who purchased them as I told them they were compatible. What solution can you offer me?

I bought the latest Santoku Chef's Knife and am delighted with it. I noticed that it matches my new Sabatier knife set and was even more thrilled. Have now ordered the carving knife and meat fork in a presentation box to complete my beautiful set. Are Jean-Patrique and Sabatier part of the same company? Thank you. I highly recommend.

The product was good. Delivered on time and good quality.

Beware of constant emails of offers/special purchase which you can unsubscribe from.

However, despite 5 calls to their customer services department, I receive voice texts on my landline several times a week. They keep telling me they have taken me off and a couple of days later I have a constant stream of calls.

Felt the need to write a review for Jean Patrique. Some 20 years ago I purchased a set of pans from them, cost £100 for 15 items, plus they sent me a free set of knives. The pans were so good, I purchased a further set for my daughter in law. I have used most of my pans for much of the 20 years on a daily basis. They are still in great order. I am, however, replacing some as I am purchasing an induction hob and don’t want anything to scratch it. Of course, my new pans will be from Jean Patrique. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and have done so on numerous occasions. The set of pans are somewhat more expensive today but still great value.

Found the silicone handles to my whatever pan were so hot that we couldn’t pick the pan up , can give you a nasty burn not at all fit for purpose

Everything I have ordered from this company has been fantastic quality and the service is brilliant too. It's so refreshing to find a company that is so reliable.

I have a number of products from this company - the whatever pan, set of 3 frying pans, the carving set, set of 6 Tapas bowls, salad cutter and most recently the stovetop toastie maker.

I shall certainly look on this website before purchasing any kitchen/cookware products

Excellent service. Always delivered on time and well packaged. The cooking utensils and knives are fantastic value for money. Good quality at good prices.
Have bought non stick frying pans, which are great, so light , which helps as I have arthritis in my wrists. The knives are the same . Light and effortless to use. Would highly recommend.

The utensils I have bought from this company have been better than excellent. Their customer care, too.
I will continue to buy from them. Lovely to know such companies still exist.

Having purchased several items: the Whatever Pan, Expandable Trivet, Tapas Dishes and a paring knife, I would highly recommend this company. Excellent quality and great value for money.

Their products seem to be of a high quality. They often have good deals on (I once got a set of 6 nice little ramekins for free when I bought a wooden spatula).

Bought a couple of pans from Jean Patrique. The pans are great, I have no issue with them at all however anyone who buys anything from Jean Patrique needs to be aware they will sell your personal details to pretty much anyone! Since buying from Jean Patrique I have received all sorts of junk mail in the post for totally irrelevant products. I have had unsolicited phone calls and text messages, not to mention the constant emails you get from Jean Patrique themselves (which I have now unsubscribed from).

What is frustrating is the fact that my details have been sold to all sorts of irrelevant companies I have no interest in. I usually take great care to ensure I am not placed on companies junk mail lists. I can only assume these pertinent questions from Jean Patrique must have been quite hard to find in their purchase screens.

Moral of the story. If you don't want a load of junk mail/email spams/annoying texts/unsolicited phone calls then buy their pans from Amazon

It has been 10 days since I've placed the order in your store.

Hermes failed to deliver the order, then, after rescheduling it a WEEK later, the driver showed up unannounced (the tracking indicated that the shipment was cancelled by the seller), yelled at my wife, refused to give her the parcel.

And your customer service has the audacity to play the victim blaming game, accusing my wife of not opening the door for the driver even though I provided you the video footage clearly demonstrating that not only did she open the door, but she was asking him to come back with the parcel as he was running away cursing with our parcel!

I explained at length that it's a birthday present that will now not be delivered on time, and the literal response was 'It would have been the best solution if your wife just open that door and take the parcel from the courier'.

It is absolutely outrageous that your customer service is siding with the rude courier and not with the buyer!

And we still do not have the order we paid for, and the customer service refuses to replace it until it has been returned to you, even though we have no control over this process!

Was a little sceptical at first but oh my days this pan is Amazing, everything comes out extremely tender I simply love it.
My only wish is they did a deeper one too. 🤞🤞hint hint 😉
