Jeanography contacted me to make sure I had made the right choice size-wise, since my order did not correspond with my standard sizing, and we had a very productive dialogue via 3-5 e-mails, advising me of alternate brands which would suit me etc.

This is definitely the best service I ever experienced - online or otherwise. WHAUU!

Jeanography has a great selection of premium denim, all of which is very reasonably priced. They also stock a 25inch waist - no where else seems to stock this. The customer advisors are efficient and helpful and know a lot about the different brands. I will definitely use Jeanography again.

A very good service and delivered the next day on a standard delivery charge. Hudson babyboot in I want to hold your hand, the colour is darker than shown in the photo otherwise a great pair of jeans.

The new Fit First Time service is fantastic and allows you to try 3 pairs of jeans and only pay for the ones you keep. More online stores should offer this kind of service. The assistance from Alex was also greatly appreciated and I found a new brand of jeans I love and probably would never have tried if it weren't for his recommendation.

I knew which size and style of jeans I wanted so didn't use the trial service but I can rate the customer service - polite, quick to respond and helpful. UPS was slow to deliver my order so you instantly refunded postage as a gesture of good will which was noted and appreciated.

I purchased a pair of Hudson jeans from jeanography, expecting that they would take a few days to reach me. They actually arrived the next day - for no massively elevated postage costs.....fantastic!!
