I bought a pair of boots in Florence and only after 3 days of wearing them one of the boots go completely out of shape, not even a cheap product and terrible quality

Don't buy anything from them! There is no customer service. I received just half of the order and tried to get in touch with them through emails, their website contact form and even Facebook page but one one got back to me.
I never received my ordered product which was present for my dad. Very disappointed with this company!
