I have purchased item several times waiting on items they have in stock and online items that they don’t have in the response they don’t care about the customer I will never purchase anything again from them I hope they will go out of business soon
3 plus weeks for delivery
3 plus weeks for delivery. Only to get wrong parts. I was out of pocket 22 bucks to return to sender. I’m still waiting on my 1,300.00 bucks. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Smh I hate auto zone but I would’ve been better off. DO NOT BUY FROM JEGGS!!!!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money paying for overnight shipping. They will send a part of the order and you won’t get the rest of the order for days if not weeks. They will do nothing about it in the end order somewhere else.

There scammers they take your money in a heart beat give you a fake order number that doesn’t work on there website , you can’t get in contact with them it is impossible. I had to file a report with the better business bureau and stop the payment on my credit card. They ain’t shipping you nothing
Wasting time with JEGS
I never write reviews but this simple stuff. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Made an order for a Holley 4150 float and float chamber gasket. Everything was shown as in stock, checked a day later and it was marked as shipped. Few days go past and nothing, I'm expecting the postman to bring my parts. I see no tracking so got in touch with JEGS, I was then told parts were on a 2 month backorder... Annoyed no one wanted to get in touch with me and let me know.
Ok I'll switch the order up and go for some cheaper pattern parts. Asked the live chat to confirm these were in-stock using the part numbers on their website. Was told they were, great! Then I was asked to pay an additional $33... for cheaper parts. Questioned it and I still couldn't couldn't get an actual reason why, so I asked to cancel my order and I'd order again on their website. I did so, again showing in-stock. Waited a few days, nothing, marked as shipped but no tracking. Got back in touch and AGAIN these parts are on backorder, end of September...
I was speaking to the same agent that told me they were in-stock. No apology, no reason why no one got in touch with me, very blunt and unhelpful.
Joke of a business, you need to be running stock checks but instead I'm getting daily emails about offers, promos and SALES!!!. Do the basic stuff first maybe.

Terrible, do not use Jegs. You order something that shows in stock and then after a week they just keep pushing out the eta. You get ran around in circles with vague responses. You ask for refund in the express freight they wont, ask to submit a complaint in chat you cant. Expensive and absolutely hopeless to deal with

Where did I start? I ordered a backorder item that was about 2 months out est.Ok, fine.6 months later and about literally 50+emails, I FINALLY found out the item was never ordered in the first place!!!WTF? Worst customer service ever by FAR.I will never ever buy anything from Jegs as long as I live.Damn Chinese owned company anyway.Do yourself a favor and order from Summit Racing and get the shit in 1 or 2 days.Oh, headers I ordered were dented too.Didnt notice until too late to return.

Horrible customer service
I bought a fuel tank that was supposed to be a direct replacement but the flange for the vapor valve was oversized. I contacted customer support. Seth was extremely unhelpful telling me that there was nothing wrong with the tank. There is clearly a difference looking at the two side by side, but Im sure Seth would know better from behind his computer screen.
I sent pictures with measurements showing it was oversized. No reply. I tried to return it but with the restocking fee and shipping I would only get back around $30. What a rip off. Jegs customer service is one of the worst you'll ever have the pleasure of dealing with.

I give Jegs a 1 out of 5 rating. If I could go lower I would. Worst return policies. I bought a l slip joint eliminator for my 2001 Jeep Wrangler. The double carden joint was loose. Jegs's would only honor a return if I sent back the old parts. So my jeep will dit around for weeks. It took 4 hours to install. It will take the same to do it again.
Moral of the story, DON’T BUY THINGS FROM Jeg’s!
BTW, I even spoke to the manufacturer who said they would honor the non-return of the part.

Your parts are total crap,you send out parts that are wrong, then send them out wrong a second time. Then I ordered a rear bumper and what a joke it was terrible what happened to your quality control. DONT waste your time or money with them. They talk a good talk but there parts and lack of quality control is a joke

Parts are garbage l.bought door locks, and the key doesn't even come out of them i returned some items that I didn't need and they charged me double the money for a return label. Was almost as much as the part. So I got nothing back. Customer service would not help so that was my last order I will ever place

Rocker arm stud broke in my Edelbrock head and it was a warranty issue. They supposedly sent it out but didn’t. Days went by and three phone calls and no one knows nothing. Week and half later they tell me they would check
with Edelbrock and have to wait for an answer. I’ve given Jegs thousands of dollars you would think they would just ship it right out, no I have to jump through hoops. Well the hell with them called summit and just payed for it got it in two days. Summit gets my money from now on
