The items i received are amazing quality and great prices.
Correspondence from the business is fast and very helpful, when Royal Mail charged me for postage i was refunded immediately.
Items did take a while to arrive around 3 weeks, hence the 4 stars.
I would however buy again and again ☺️

I was concerned about the item I ordered being delivered on time for Christmas. I emailed the company and Phil checked where it was and emailed me straight back. The t-shirt arrived today, as promised. It’s fabulous. My partner will love it. Can’t recommend Jelly Frog highly enough.

Excellent customer service. Item was 'misplaced' by Royal Mail such that it didn't arrive. A couple of emails to Phil at Jelly Frog and another item sent by tracked postage with no fuss or other delays. Item was exactly what we were after as well so all good.

T-shirts arrived on time well packaged and as described would buy from this company again.

Orders were quickly processed and delivered. I ordered wrong size and had to return them. The exchange was dealt with quickly. I have used Jellyfrog before and will definitely use them again.

Latest purchase from Jelly Frog, all the T-shirts I’ve bought have been really good value and quality. I had a bit of an issue with the delivery of the latest one but their customer service was great and it’s arrived in time for Xmas
