Horrible delivery service. When you order something online and pay 300 kr for delivery, they tell you it'll be 1-3 business days, but they choose the date, and they do not give you a chance to select a different date or time. I cannot imagine a worse system, and I won't be ordering from them again.
If I had an option for 0 star , I would have given that instead of 1 star. Their service is worst. My father asked the employee 3 times about the item, instead of guiding us she ignored like we don’t exist. Very poor service.

We ordered some shelves from here and just received them from the delivery company MSG transport.
First of all, the delivery service was a whole unpleasant experience. The delivery guy was just rude and an unbelievable unhappy person that puts out his anger and unhappiness on other people.
He refused to deliver it to our apartment (even though we have an elevator). He even refused to carry it inside the entrance hall only. He just left it outside the building. And then forced me to come downstairs and sign and expected a pregnant women to carry all the heavy shelves in. He was so extremely rude that I will not consider to order from you again. It was a very unpleasant experience. Delivery people don’t need to be overly friendly, but there is no reason to be that rude either.
I have never experienced such a rude delivery ever before

I asked a basic simple question about a door, the guy looked at me as if I was a alien then went to ask someone else, then came back and sayd "" we cannot help you"" not even sorry, or explain again, just plain" I don't know, we don't know" 😐
I ve been experiencing danish unknolege and total desinteres but this was way to much.... And then he left smiling as if he helped me and I was a satisfied client
Just about the worst place to buy anything, I would rather pay a few kroner more elsewhere, than have to deal with their rude poorly trained staff.

Skal parkere i deres parkeringsbås og da jeg svinger ind i båsen ligger der en jernpalle på jorden som ikke kan ses inde fra bilen. Pallen ridser hele skørtet på min bil.
Jem & Fixes forsikringsselskab har ikke lyst til at dække skaden (if) så 5.000 kr ekstra for en tur i Jem & Fix
Sjovt nok havde de travlt med at fjerne pallen med en gaffeltruck da jeg klagede.
