JeM Point of Sale = The answer to EPOS.

The JeM team has been amazing to work with. It's been over a year and a half and I've made sure all of my friends in the industry have signed up with them. Cost is best in the market, features that make taking orders easy, transparent Process, Real time customer support, seamless EPOS system. The list goes on. I have worked with other providers in the past and none match up! (by the way, a lot of the providers are really unprofessional and give fake negative feedback to clients to gain business. Not my thing. leaves a bad taste in my mouth personally)
They got me up and running in 24 hours- that was definitely impressive. pair that with always being there for customer support even after a year and a half of service. I would recommend to everyone.
Compared to other companies and providers that I have worked with and considered, Jem is a no brainer. If companies worked like they do, running a business is really simplified.

We run few takeways and were looking for a point of sale to keep record of sales & go paperless. We did a month of research and glad that we chose Jempos in the end and running their system for good one year. Very affordable system and it has all the features we needed and alot more which has helped us to grow our business

I have been treated extremely badly and blocked as well when I told the member of the sales team that I was going to launch an investigation and complaint against him to the higher authority of the company about how he insulted me and tricked me into taking all my private data (contact details) despite multiple times informing him that I do not want to give my details yet. He even went to the extent of saying I am lazy and have poor work ethics and have wasted his time. Where as, all I wanted to know was the 33gbp per month offer includes the said 70% discount or not. Simple query but very bad experience! Very rude and treacherous sales team in the chat window, he refused to give his name out.

Very quick installation as promised and user friendly epos interface. Hardly required any training
