SCAM! Don’t order from here! I spent $150 on a dress that when I received it, it was nothing like the picture. It was a totally different dress made from cheap material. They told me I can not return it. Bunch of liars and scam artists!!

It took a very long time--like 4 weeks--to receive my order. The dress was made from cheap feeling material and was too small. When I inquired about returning it immediately, I was told that I could not, but that they would issue me a 10% credit on my next order. No way. Never again.

Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered dress after successful payment they were delaying the order Nd emailing me to send picture of my credit card and my ID.

The dress have never arrived, money never returned. I have paid expedited shipping-what they write about it is it will take 3-6days. It is 14days since it was apparently shipped, there are no information, And when I am emailing JenJen House the only answer I got is to be more Patient. When I talked to the to the delivery company they told me there is no such tracking number.
I would not recommend anyone to order here.

THE DRESS WAS HORRIBLY CHEAP AND NOTHING LIKE ON THE PICTURES. They changed the fabric for a cheaper one. The dress wasn't symmetrical and had many imperfections (dark spots, traces of the needle ON THE MAIN PART), the sewing was really bad. They force you to chose personalised measures, but the dress was awfully not adjusted. Then, they tell you to go spend extra money to adjust it again WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE SINCE WE PAID FOR IT. The customer service is really poor and doesn’t care about your opinion or your comments. They force you to reorder again even if you say no multiples of times. The photoshop all their pictures to make the dresses look expensive and totally glamourous, but the real version is absolutely cheap and not worth the price. It looked like it was done by amateurs. My dress looked like a red carpet dress on the website, but was more like a Halloween costume in real. They force you to keep the dress and don’t mind the mistakes done while sewing it, even if it prevents you from wearing it. PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A BIG SCAM. I TOTALLY SUGGEST YOU TO SHOP ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPENT SO MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING SO CHEAP AND NOT WORTH IT.

I ordered a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. The dress arrived in plenty of time, was made very well, a good fit & a fantastic price!!
I was very happy with my purchase & very happy to recommend.

I bought 3 dresses from them and I only received 2 and they never refunded me for the 3rd dress!! I contact them so many time !!! Don't trust them!!! Do not trust this place!!! It's been a few months now and no refund and they had canceled my account!!!

They quickly contacted me to offer a full refund for the dresses that didn't fit.

I bought a dress for my graduation and I would say,I absolutely love this dress! It is so comfortable and classy looking with a little swirl at the bottom when I move. Perfect for many occasions.

Jeg var noget nervøs, da jeg bestilte min brudekjole på jenjenhouse.com. De anmeldelser, jeg læste på bl.a. trustpilot var ikke ligefrem positive - særligt de danske anmeldere er utilfredse. Jeg valgte at få kjolen specialsyet efter mine mål, og jeg valgte hurtig levering. Jeg er SÅ glad for, jeg tog chancen! Kjolen blev leveret indenfor tre uger, og den passer perfekt! Den er så smuk (ligner billederne på hjemmesiden), materialet er i fin kvalitet og ser slet ikke 'billigt' ud. Der er nogle små tråde hist og her, men de er lige til at klippe væk med en saks - ikke noget, jeg ikke har set i andre brudebutikker. Det undrer mig, at der bliver klaget over told/moms, da det er den danske lovgivning, og altså ikke hjemmesidens ansvar. En helt igennem positiv oplevelse og en meget lykkelig budget-brud.

I was somewhat nervous when I placed my order for my wedding dress at jenjenhouse.com. The reviews I'd read on trustpilot wasn't exactly positive - especially the danish reviewers seem unsatisfied. I chose to have my dress custom made along with the express delivery. I'm SO happy I took the chance! The dress was delivered within three weeks and it fits perfectly! It's so beautiful (looks just like the pictures), the fabric is of good quality and doesn't look cheap at all. There are a couple of loose threads here and there, but a good pair of scissors will take care of that easily - nothing I haven't seen in other bridal stores. I'm puzzled that people are complaining about customs since that is simply danish law and has nothing to do with the website. All in all a very positive experience and a very happy budget bride.

First time come here, not let me down, fabulous experience here. Quick response from customer service, both of pre-sales team and after-sales team, patient instructions...Item arrived, surprise, too. Wanna be a frequent shopper, recommend!!!!

i did order a dress for the wedding of my best fren, i was the maid of honor.... found a really nice dress but got a bit confussed with the sizes.. so i choosed made after my size... my husband carefully took the meassurements so that everything is right,

shopping was easy over there.... the dress even arrived in ok time..

but then i saw th dress...... i was really really dissapointed.... the dress was not fitting... it was disformed on the bust..... the fabric was poor.... the backside of the dress was even worst......

a really bad dress.. but what can i do? it was made to order so i cant get money back....

now ive a dress at home, which was quiet expensive..... which nobody can wear and i had to pay taxes aswell...

im not gonna shop there again....

I'm from Austria and i orderd the Dress the 31.01. Only 10 days later i had it - so everything went very fast. thank you for that. The Dress is beautiful. Very good fabbrication - it had already a bra so is great to wear - it fits perfect - it's a bit to Long - but that's ok - im not very tall and i could cut it that it fits perfectly. So thank you - im a very satisfied customer and i will buy again from you!!!!!

This dress I have ever seen, this is the most elegant of the dresses I've ever seen! In Jenоenhouse working real masters, these people out of business. Beautifully stitched dresses, all seams are neatly stitched, beautiful lace, lots of skirts, corsets, as I wanted! am grateful to this company for embodied my dream!

well where do i start.... i ordered my wedding dress here because i really liked it and the prices are great. and the only reason i ordered online is because they give a need it by date where they ensure to get your gown by then. I waited and waited and kept in touch with them all the way through asking them when were they going to ship my dress and they kept saying in 1 day or 2 days or it will be there we promise! I even had to go to the extreme of telling them i would put horrible reviews of them if they didnt ship my dress soon since i needed it in a week.( i ordered 3 weeks in advance) so finally after emailing them everyday all day they finally responded with an email saying my dress wouldnt make it in time ABOUT 5 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING IN VEGAS! i was in shock and more than upset i requested my money back and thats about the only thing they did right, they gave me my full money back!! What a horrible company how do they have so many good reviews but i did read on some that they call at all hours of the night for people to change what they wrote if its a bad review! I dont recommend this company to anyone lets just stick to buying to the United States and helping our economy!I!!

This was my first time in ordering from JenJen House and I was very pleased with the dress! I didn't fit the standard dress size measuring chart, so I sent in my measurements and the dress fit perfectly!! I wore the dress for a banquet with my husband and received many compliments. The quality and sewmanship of the dress was excellent. Since this dress was "handmade and custom ordered," I thought I might find little hanging threads by the seams or hemlines, but found none!! I give the dress and the company an A++! Thank you for making the dress of my dreams! The dress actually arrived 2 days ahead of the scheduled delivery time.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Jen Jen House. I emailed to ask a few questions before ordering, and they responded very quickly. The dress arrived very quickly. The quality is great and the dress is beautifully lined, the finish is very high quality. I ordered using the custom size option, and it fits perfectly. I will be ordering again soon!

Ordered a dress and to my surprise it was actually nicer than the picture, I did have to get it altered due to too much fabric on the bottom -but better too much than too little :) Very happy and I will be ordering from here for my next occasion without a doubt :)

I ordered this dress 3 weeks before my wedding I was so worried it wouldn't make it in time or fit. They insured me it would be here on the feb. 6 it arrived feb. 5!! They keep in contact with me the whole time they have great customer service. The dress is beautiful I love it only thing there was a few pieces of extra fabric that needed to be cut off but easy fix I did rush them lol. The quality of the dress is great I couldn't be more happy would buy from them again and recommend them to people. Thanks for making my dream dress for my wedding!!! Jennifer this will be the perfect wedding now :)

This custom made dress is so breathtaking in the picture you think it cannot get any prettier...You are wrong. Must have , must see in person, absolutely gorgeous! Arrived a day early and the JenJenHouse were so helpful and understanding when I kept checking in on them. Also when you are measuring for length of the front of the dress make sure you are aware that they add a couple inches for heels so if you are wearing flats measure short or put in comments not to add the length for heels.
You will NOT be dissappointed with your purchase!

JenJenHouse did an absolutely SUPERB job on the gown I ordered from them. I initially had issues with the color I chose because it looked different in person than it appeared on the color chart online, but that was ultimately okay. Once I tried the dress on and got an honest opinion from a friend, I was MORE than happy with my choice! The tailoring, fabric and embellishments are done in a top-quality manner - no complaints about that at ALL. Also, the shipping was much faster than I anticipated. My only suggestion to future first-time buyers is to order a fabric swatch ahead of time to get a true sense of how your dress will look in the style you choose. But don't hesitate to order a gown from JenJen House; I will certainly be buying from them again!
