WOW!!

I hired this solicitor and OMG wat a mistake! Total incompetent, didnt no anything about anything. Lied to me all the time, sayin things are goin as planned wen it was actually a mess. Missed deadlines, papers werent filed right, it was a disaster. Cost me a fortune and got me nowhere. Avoid this woman like the plague, unless u wanna throw ur money away and end up worse off than before. Total waste of space and time!!

Crook

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Jennifer. From start to finish, her conduct was unprofessional, unethical, and downright dodgy.

Firstly, communication was abysmal. Despite numerous calls and emails, responses were either severely delayed or nonexistent. When I did manage to get through, I was met with vague answers and unfulfilled promises. It felt as though I was chasing her for updates on my own case, which is completely unacceptable.

Moreover, her handling of my legal matter was sloppy and careless. Important documents were misplaced, deadlines were missed, and basic procedural errors were made. This gross negligence not only jeopardised my house sale but also caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.

The final straw was the billing. Hidden fees and unexplained charges appeared on my invoice, inflating the cost well beyond the original quote. When I questioned these discrepancies, I was met with evasive answers and an unwillingness to provide a clear breakdown of the costs.

Overall, Jennifer demonstrated a lack of integrity and competence that no one should have to endure. I strongly advise anyone in need of legal services to steer clear of this firm. There are far more reliable and trustworthy solicitors out there who will handle your case with the professionalism and care you deserve.
