Recently visited the Café Elvira part…
Recently visited the Café Elvira part of Jeremy’s restaurant. The cashier (a bigger set mixed race woman) wasn’t only rude to me but also the other staff around her, she barked instead of spoke & clearly has no customer service training. The food was overpriced I regret not taking a photo to show the abysmal portion, I had the breakfast & my toast didn’t come with my breakfast, despite asking the waitress who had “forgotten”, she must have “forgotten” again by the time she walked across to the kitchen because I’m sure I’d still be sitting there waiting for it. service was extremely poor & I will not be returning.
